Flawless service highly recommend
Ordered a dunoon mug for my mum overseas, package arrived in fantastic packaging (I was nervous with it being breakable) but was very satisfied and arrived within 3 days which was perfect. Will be sending my mum to site to buy more for collection to ship overseas. Thanks:)

No-one checks customer service emails
I don't think anyone checks the customer service emails - after waiting a long time for my order to be delivered, it arrived in poor condition, looking a bit bashed (there was no protective paper around the item in the cardboard box) and was covered with noticeable biro marks. As a rather expensive paper covered CD box which I wanted to use for my wedding (next week), this is not good enough. I've emails customer services three times now and after a week I've had no contact. The only email I got was an auto generated one to ask me to write a review - I'm hoping this will prompt someone to get in touch to help resolve my issue

I have contacted our customer service department and they have informed me that they received your email on 11th September and replied to your email later on that day. They then arranged for a replacement box to be sent out to you, which was dispatched on 12th September. You should receive this box within 2-5 working days of dispatch so if you haven’t received it yet you will do within the next few days. Please can I ask that you check your spam folder in case the email from us has gone into that folder.

Everything was lovely - it was just in miniature!
I like to do my Christmas shopping early so when I saw some of the beautiful things on offer at Temptationgifts I thought I'd give them a go. I bought a tea pot which is very pretty (if a little small) and not too badly priced at £12.95. If I had bought this at the full price of £24.95 I would have felt severely ripped off but half price was just about right. I bought some magnets as well for stocking fillers but these are really just too tiny. I didn't think they would be so small and would have preferred them to be at least twice the size, but has they were on offer at 20% off the original price, I didn't feel too hard done by. All in all I would probably shop here again as long as there was a discount on some items that are overpriced in my opinion and at least delivery was speedy!

The Best on Line Company for these types of Goods.
I have used this company many times as I,m addicted to their large china Dunoon Mugs, I have also sent a dinner service as a wedding present, which was received very quickly and in perfect condition.
I also recently bought some of their soft baby toys for my new born baby niece, about six of them, in the sale, I couldn't resist, they were gorgeous, and arrived much quicker than estimated.
My latest purchase, was a present of a Large Dunoon Mug and Soft Toy, sent to Belgium, I was told it probably wouldn,t arrive in time for the birthday because I had left it a bit late for posting, but as always, Temptation,s was just being cautious, it arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition.
When a mug I ordered, once arrived broken, Temptation,s was fabulous, they quickly dispatched another one to me, with of cause no extra charge.
I can,t recommend this company highly enough, whenever I have spoken in person to anyone from the company, each and everyone of them is fantastic, and couldn't be more helpfull if they tried.
So in conclusion, I can,t recommend them highly enough, and hope to continue buying from them for many more years to come.

Perfect to find what I wanted...
The only company I've found to supply Dunoon Mugs. Spoken a few times on the ringy dingy and they're polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Orders are dispatched and come beautifully wrapped too. An absolute joy too use.

Beautiful products, great prices, fast delivery!
I was so sad to break my favorite mug, which I had used every morning for eight years, a huge Dunoon mug that I had purchased at Heathrow airport, which held lots of tea to get me going in the morning. I searched online for "Dunoon" and within minutes had found Temptation Gifts and ordered a couple of Dunoon mugs. That was Tuesday, in California. By Saturday, I was drinking out of my new mug! Lots of beautiful mugs to choose from, sale prices, and amazingly fast international delivery. Thank you, Temptation Gifts. I'll be back to do my Christmas shopping!

Fast and perfect
