Absolute lifesavers. Needed a racket quickly and got delivered in a day after ordering it. Great detail on the website about product information. A great price for the racket. easily the cheapest in comparison with other retailers. Easy to pay and rapid delivery. An outstanding service.

Great service, ace product
We are so happy with the racquet, we spent a lot of time researching the right one for my son to play with his first full size one, I was worried that we may have been wrong. It arrived on time and well wrapped, it is a super racquet.

Great customer service from tennisnuts maybe consider more options for international delivery.
My experience with tennisnuts was good. I received the product I ordered within a few weeks. Customer service was helpful and offered a tracking number from Royal Mail.
The only suggestion relates to Royal Mail and delivery options. Unfortunately the Royal Mail service only offered tracking up to the destination country. Once the product arrived in the country I had no way to track the item. It may be useful to give international customers the option to pay a little extra for the delivery in order to the track the item in the destination country (I am aware that Royal Mail does offer a tracking service on its more expensive delivery services for some countries).

Excellent
Ordered a squash raquet and some grips. They threw in a Nice Head raquet bag for free, and I received the parcel some 4-5 working days after, in Denmark that is.

Tennis nuts provides an aboustly great service!
I think tennis nuts provides a great service. I orderd my tennis racket and it came within great time almost next day delivery and my tennis racket was fantasic no issues at all. I defitnly be buying from here in the near furture.

First time customer - excellent service.
Good selection of tennis outfits - spoilt for choice. Order was promptly delivered and quality as described. I only wish that there was a Returns form attached with delivery instead of having to go to the website to download which made it a bit long winded.
Would definitely revisit again and recommend to friends.

Really dissapointing...! Total garbage
Initially told 3-5 days delivery over the phone before placing order.
7 days later I receive a text message informing me of a 3 hour window the following day....
The day arrives and the courier try's to deliver to the billing address rather than the delivery address.
Two phone calls later I'm informed it still can't be delivered and I will personally receive a call from the courier..
No call received..!.
Eventually contacted to say expected re- delivery in a further 7 days..
I'm10 days in and still no delivery and £220 down

Very satisfying online buying experience. Quick, easy and efficient purchase
I stumbled on Tennisnuts having been let down by another online retailer. I was looking for Raquetball equipment and from other sources found this type of equipment difficult to get hold of. The range of Raquets was not as wide as other online retailers were offering but most importantly, tennisnuts had the range they were offering in stock. I ordered a couple of Racquets, balls and and Elbow support and was really surprised when the goods arrived the following day, much quicker than i had expected. i am really happy with the racquets plus the ease and speed of the transaction. Consequently if I need more equipment, i will be starting at Tennisnuts

Smart service
How about this for a service - bought an unstrung racket online at 2.00pm on a Monday; by 4.30pm an email arrived to say that the racket had been both strung and despatched; it was with me by 10.30pm the following morning. And the string tension was spot on. What could be better? True, Parcelforce played its part. But well done, Tennisnuts.

Always easy to order, with a great range to match!!
The website is very easy to follow with all the different brands of clothing you can choose from. I especially liked looking through all the new clothing ranges and the start of the season. The only downside is that there is only 1 shop, is there any chance more shops could be opened for example in Lakeside or Bluewater.

Ordered racket on the Sunday, it arrived on the Wednesday, great, just in time for my premier league match on the Thursday. Brilliant service. Will use Squash nuts company again, when I have to.

Speedy shoes!
Ordered on a Saturday afternoon and my tennis shoes were with me for playing on Thursday evening. Very impressed with the ease of ordering, the price and efficiency of delivery. Could not ask for more.

Altogether too efficient

Not good service
Poor communication, late reply to mail. Sends the wrong products, wrong number. Does not recognize the error and does not compensate with something. I have had very bad impression of the company.

Shopping fine; delivery disappointing
Shopping experience was simple and fast. However, the delivery was a total let down: Parcelforce failed to leave a note so I wasted time, energy on them and only picked up my parcel from the post office several days later. I had to do all the leg work, which does not equate to good service.

Same day dispatch!

It's great to know Tennisnuts and it's very convenient to order anything I need for playing tennis. My size is rather small or even extra small and I can have anything in this size, too. And I'm really satisfied with the wide choise of clothes Tennisnuts has.

Reasonable experience
I ordered a Carlton Razor V1.0 racket from tennisnuts, prior to purchasing I sent them an email asking a few basic questions which took around a week to get a response which was helpful although a little slow. Ordering is very easy and fast, I chose next day delivery and was happy to see it dispatched that day.
The downside to this is that tennisnuts uses parceforce for deliveries and when the day came I found that the online checker said that it had been delivered (which included a signature) even though I hadn't received it and had been in all day. This lead to a couple of lengthy phone calls to parcelforce which ended up with them admitting they delivered it to the wrong address. Fortunately they remembered the exact address and I was able to pick it up the next day. I don't blame tennisnuts for this although I think they could use a different courier as parceforce seems to have a poor reputation and if I hadn't chased it up who knows what might have happened!
Once collected I opened it up to find the racket in perfect condition with everything I had ordered inside the box so no complaints at all about the quality of the items just be wary of deliveries if you use next day delivery.

Prompt and efficient but technically outdated
9/10 I use tennis nuts for my tennis stuff. They're efficient and prompt but the internet shopping element needs up dating. I'd like to see a history of my orders and my details stored. They should look at this before someone else steps in...but until then I'll continue to use them. I'd like to be able to speak to someone on a Saturday as well...not sure if you can but I've never been able to get through to anyone.
