Excellent service
I was really impressed with the service provided by Terence Paul. The ordering process was very easy and my order was despatched very quickly. The only suggestion for improvement would be for notification of despatch to be sent by email ( I had to log on to the website to check on the order status). Otherwise, I would not fault the service.

This is the second time I have ordered from Terrence Paul and both times the order has been delivered FREE in two days. Cheapest place I could find online for the hair products I use if you take into account the free delivery. Customer services also very helpful and polite!

Almost return of post!
Not quite but only 2 days from on-line order to receipt of goods. Excellent service as usual & what's more I don't bother googling for cheapest price now as I know Terence Paul will be up there amongst the cheapest if not THE cheapest. No more High Street salon purchases for me.

GHD GOLD MINI STYLER
Hi,
I have been searching for GHD's for a while for my wife and the most competitively priced have always been on Amazon for £99, but with a little more research I found them on this website for £89:95, but being sceptical I rang Terance Paul's salon in Manchester as they themselves were selling them for £120, but after they explained why they could sell them at a low cost as it was their online business with low overheads I decided to read the reviews and I'm pleased to say I've not been disappointed!!
I also went on to GHD's website to see if they were recommended sellers and not fakes, I'm pleased to say they are registered distributors.
The customer service was excellent and they arrived promptly with no damage!
Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!
P.S It's a shame when you search for the cheapest GHD's in Google, Terance Paul doesn't come up in the top 10?)
