I have recently received my Car insurance renewal which is double the price of what a competitor was offering me. I called Tesco to see if they can match that without any explanation they said no. The customer service agent who goes by the name of "KATE" I don't know her surname as she refused to give was so rude did not try to keep me as a loyal customer at all. Considering I have been with Tesco Insurance for the past 7 years and paid around £6000 if not more to them.
I find it absolutely disgusting this is how you treat your supposed "Loyal" customers. Not only I have my insurance with you, but I do my weekly shopping at Tesco. But from today onwards. I will now go to your competitors and never go back to tesco for my Car Insurance I wish I new that 7 years ago. I will also pass this on to all my friends and family who have tesco insurance and shop their to go else where and also post this message on every forum. As tesco do not appreciate their customers at all.
