I shop online each week as it easier to do my shopping and that of my elderly Mum at the same time. A while back Tesco created a favourite's list which I could return to each week and things I bought on a regular basis appeared on it. Great it cuts time down on searching for things or so I thought. This week there are currently over 50 items unavailable on my favourites list, this is ridiculous and has been happening more and more so much that in fact I am having to go out to my nearest Supermarket (Sainsbury's) to buy the things I can't get at Tesco. This rather defeats the object as the idea is to save me time. I may as well just go to the Supermarket instead at least I can get everything in one go. Customer service are very prompt at replying but nothing is ever resolved. It's time they took a long hard look at the set up and made major improvements. I for one am seriously considering leaving Tesco and trying another Online shop i.e Sainsbury's or Asda.
