Don't order wine and expect delivery at agreed slot!!!
I have just spent 4 hours waiting in on a Sunday waiting for an agreed wine delivery between 11-1pm. At 3pm I visited the store to find out delivery was not going to be made.
This is the third occasion that Tesco have failed to deliver on the right day and at the right time. If it wasn't for the 25% discount for 6 bottles I wouldn't waste my time ordering
There answer is sorry - not enough when it is the third failure. It is pushing me to Sainsbury as I can't stand the waste of time, poor customer service and lack of acknowledgement that we must be busy to use the delivery service, but belief we have plenty of time to waste
They debit your card and fail to deliver. How would they feel if I visited their supermarket, filled my trolley and failed to pay!!!!
After 3 failed delivery attempts a sorry doesn't cut it
