terrible customer care, over the top chugging in store doorways
sent 2 messages to customer care on line 2 weeks ago via their web forms . gave my full details + my club card number - no response at all. disgusting.
also, nowadays it it impossible to even get into their stores without being chugged by the aggressive charity collectors they allow in the doorways - I complined to in-sore customer services ( Bishops Cleeve store ) about being verablly hassled but they did nothing.
