I have been using the one-click and collect service for weekly groceries for a few months. The service is pretty good - we normally get what we ordered, occasionally items are substituted but this has always been pointed out on collection and the option to have a refund on these items offered. The website is reasonable to use and has useful options such as Favourites lists although you must have a Tesco Clubcard to activate these options. The website can be a bit erratic to search and sometimes doesn't find items easily but overall the service saves us a lot of time. I also suspect we are buying less spur-of-the-moment purchases which may not please Tesco in the long run! The only time consuming part is searching the Special Offers as this often runs to more than 20 webpages.
