I received my order very quickly, they are lovely and have used some on Kumihimo bracelets that both my daughter and myself have made, they look very good and were a lot cheaper than other sites.

Bead up all night playing with my order.
I have never used beads before but want to make some bookmarks with hanging beads instead of tassels. Someone gave me some beads but I did not have a clue how to start. I found all that I needed on this site, things I had no idea about ie
beading needles etc. Can't wait to make what I have and come back to this site to browse again. Obviously I am not a prolific buyer but that is the beauty here, I could pick out just what I wanted to start myself off without worry. Lovely products, the service was speedy and goods well packed.

Crackin' service from a brilliant individual retailer!
I use the Bead Shop for quality products to make presents for my family and friends. I enjoy making them and they enjoy receiving them, and a decent service from the Bead Shop allows this to happen. I always try and source from individual sources and, as often as I can, family owned businesses, and they surpass this with flying colours. The range and choice available is great, and ordering online is a dream when I can't make it into Manchester in person. Orders sometimes take a while, but no more than 3 working days after ordering, which is much quicker than the large, internet based companies that claim to have speedy delivery, and the product is well worth the wait.
No qualms at all with this fantastic company. I will continue to use them as long as I have a need for all things crafty!

a small number of beads were faulty or broken but not work sending back.
with some beads i felt disappointed because they didn't look like a way them online

I seem to be a regular buyer from The Bead Shop. As I'm housebound, I buy a lot of things online now. The Bead Shop is one of the best Companies I've used. I live in Lincoln so thought I would try a 'local' bead shop. It took a week to get my delivery from them whereas The Bead Shop delivers within 2 days. Also the price is right and the quality and choice of products is excellent. Well done to all concerned.

Its beadalicious time......
i have bought several items from the bead shop and to be absolutely honest it's great,what a selection, i mostly buy rattail cord and other kimuhimo items but their beads and charms are excellent and everything is so very reasonably priced.
I love their website i even do my wish list after every purchase so it's ready for the next week. And they send it quick, it's great when the posty comes a canny wait to open my package and start my next project. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO EVERYBODY.. i love it.

Life is easy with the right tools!
Ordered some diverse tools and 'helping hands' from The Bead Shop recently. First good thing was the range of products, and how helpful they will be (the old arthritis creaks on....) snips and a hole punch for metal - so easy to use; a neat hammer for wirework, clever bead-picker-upper, and an even cleverer gizmo for making wiggles in wire! Obviously selected by The Bead Shop as useful items alongside their comprehensive collection of beads, and the best bit was the prices - terrific value for online sales. I'm going to have so much fun with all my new 'toolbox' items - they were just made for me! :o)

Mending saved my lovely pendant from the scrap heap
I was really pleased to find the means to mending my pendant. I had bought a black cord abroad on holiday and was tying it to fasten, but this was not good. On the bead shop website there were lots of suggested fastenings. The site was really easy to access and I also found ear ring backs as well. Holly whom I had to email to help answer a few queries was brilliant and I want to commend her and the Beadshop for their great collection of bits and pieces for those of us who do not easily throw stuff away. Now I have a really nice pendant with a lovely fastening - better than the first!

Very good service - just a few niggles
I was very happy with the way my query over missing items from my order was handled. I received the additional items very quickly. My only disappointment is that the clear glass cabochons (reference 12612) ordered do not fit the mounts (that I purchased at the same time) very well. There are gaps left as the cabochons are actually slightly pointed and not as rounded as the mounts.

What do you have to loose - great service and good prices!
Wanted to make some lightweight holiday jewellery and came up with the idea of knotted faux suede necklaces and bracelets. The bead shop had a great range of colours. Easy website made ordering simple and the delivery was fast.

Ordered some fastenings and chains from The Bead Shop, to make some necklaces a little longer when needed and replace some fastenings. Wonderful service, good quality stuff, came back so quickly. Job done in no time, repairs look great. Highly recommend if you have any repairs or, like yourself, make a necklace now and then.
