Excellent from start to finish
Placed order, receipt acknowledged straightway. Delivered as promised with e-mail advising it was on its way. Delivery driver was polite and humped large box to door - we live in country and address was not easy to find. Am all round excellent service.

Quick despatch, item missing but quickly rectified

Well Engineered and outstanding product.
I would certanily at least take the time to talk to this company, I explained what type of business we are and the person showed great interest and went on to explain what we were at first considdering.
His reply was factualand could answer all my question in plain english which set me at ease, so after about 5 mins of talking I decided to purchase this german made machine, and after receiving this its absolutly great.

Good service and excellent customer interaction
All worked well, the only issues were ones that I created for myself causing the carrier to deliver to the wrong office in the building but I can't really blame The Warehouse for that.
Overall a good experience and excellent customer support.

First Class Service

Excellent, no hassel and great value.
Found the warehouse.com through searching the internet. Found what I wanted at a very good price, ordered and paid for it, and it arrived a few days later. Excellent service with emails telling me when to expect it. The laminator arrived on time and is faultless.
Based on my experience I am happy to recommend this company to anyone.

First Class Service
Having ordered a shredder the delivery was amazing but unfortunately unbeknown to The Warehouse the unit was damaged and in our view should not have left the factory, but on reporting this the follow up service was excellent a replacement unit arrived forthwith the very next day, very satisfied we could not have asked for more. Keep up the good work.

Extremely helpful, great product at a very competitive price.
The guy understood exactly what I needed. He recommended a shredder based on my personal requirements.The price was really attractive, and he didn't try to sell me a more expensive machine. The shredder was matched to my needs, and I didn't end up paying extra for something that was excessively powerful for my daily needs. One slight glitch with the delivery but this was more down to the carrier than the retailer.

Quicker to have gone to the local Office Shop.
I am still not happy about the £10 next day delivery charge that was added to
my Invoice 59385 when the invoice shows N/A after ordering on Thursday
14th March 2013 and the Shredder not delivered until Monday 18th March 2013.
Its no good having next day delivery extra on your site if its not applicable after
1 p.m. I might have just have used the free delivery and had it delivered
usually within 4 days as you E. Mail for Order placed clearly states. I think I
would use alternative sites in the future because of this mess up, and, I
am the one out of pocket after using your site.

Great service as always.
As always we received great service, with the goods arriving next day as promised. We bought our large format laminator from them a couple of years ago and continue to use them for the rolls of film because of service and help that we get.

Good quality product delivered on time: just the job!
I have just unpackaged and tried out the shredder. It is as described, and perfect for our small office, being a reasonable size and price for the semi-industrial shredder we required. We had previously purchased a cheap domestic shredder, but it wasn't up to the job - clearly we should have bought something more heavy duty in the first place - but I am pleased with the style and function of this shredder.
Service was excellent - fast delivery and I was kept informed about each stage.
I would be happy to recommend this company to others.

A plug short of 5 stars
Arrived promptly, well packed & in good condition. Does the job well. Would have given 5 stars, but it has a continental plug, with adaptor to fit UK socket. Makes for a bulkier plug fitting; sometime I shall have to get round to changing it.

Quality goods with very quick delivery.
My queries about spiral bindings were very professionally answered on the phone. The chap I spoke to knew his stuff. The bindings were exactly as described and arrived within a couple of days from the order. An excellent firm to deal with.

The most efficient internet firm I have dealt with in several years.
I requested that my shredder be delivered before noon, or after 3 p.m. because I have to visit a care home daily to see my wife

Pay attention to delivery dates
Make sure that when you get a date for delivery you read not only the email from Warehouse.com but that of their chosen couriers too. Warehouse.com gave us a delivery date of 19th Feb, we thought that was when it would be delivered to us but how wrong we were, that is the date it is delivered to the courier. After waiting in all day for delivery we then went to courier site which said they had received it but it would be delivered the following day. Our expewrience with Warehouse.com was very professional but we have to knock off a star for the dleivery fiasco!!
