The guy I spoke to was full of information and very ready to share it. He spoke knowledgeable and plausibly. He listened to my needs and identified a product that fitted the bill. It was a different one to the one I had identified, but the reasons for his choice were sound. Deal done. Shredders are not an easy buy for the uninititated; but this guy made it seems a breeze.....................the product still works too............!

Service and Delivery with real Christmas spirit
My son sprung the desire for a laminator for Christmas with one week to go , strange request I know. But low and behold ordered from Spain Tuesday 18th late in the evening delivered Friday 21st before 5pm. Fantastic service . They even held delivery over one day so I could be there to accept delivery. Thanks guys hope you all had a Merry Christmas
P.S. Just seen comment on call back and must say I had excellent experience with this when one of order was delivered by Royal Mail and I wanted to check if actual laminator was coming by seperate courier

Poor
I only had half of my order delivered. I then called to challenge it but had to leave a voice mail as 'they do not believe in keeping people on hold'. I never received a call back. I then got an email saying I had received a refund and a second email saying I had been charged for a different product, which I received several days later. No communication and they sent me a product I didn't want...

On the subject of our callback service, we have had only positive feedback about this from customers up until now. Here at The Warehouse.Com we hate being made to wait in a phone queue ourselves and to date, our customers have always only ever praised the callback option if all our lines happen to be busy.

Could have been better
Ordering was quick and efficent
Let down by delivery.
Order sent to home address (credit card address) when it should have been delivered to site. I don't need 300 shredder bags for home!
1st deliver, left with neighbour
2nd deliver taken away and note left....plus various calls and emails to MY SITE to advise that they couldn't deliver??

Excellent Customer Service - Rarely seen these days!!
We recently purchased a wire binding machine from The Warehouse.com, and the same afternoon received a telephone call from them checking if the wire binders we had ordered were for another machine or for the one we were ordering, as they did not work with the machine we were ordering! We were so impressed ... what company does that now?! You are usually sent what you order and then have to go through the rigmarole of returning the ones you don't want and reordering the ones you do!!!
We would have no hesitation in using them again, nor in recommending them highly.
PS - the binding machine is great too!!

The Qshred SBS21 seems a quality piece of kit for not much money. It is noisy though.

I found this company through google internet search and decided to buy from them because of the very competitive price. It was a very easy process and they kept me informed at every stage, even down to the hour when my shredder was due to be delivered. Product, price and service was excellent.

Great shredder, very happy.
Shredder arrived next day and very happy with it. It does say it will do 10 sheets at a time but doesn't seem very happy about that that. Not an issue for me as sturdy, quiet copes with 5 sheets easily which has cut down the time shredding dramatically and for the price i have no complaints.

Absolutely brilliant!!
I have had other laminators in the past and this is by far the best one I have ever had. It heats up quickly and is totally silent. I would certainly recommend this laminator to anyone.

Honest and trustworthy advice regardless of whether you purchase or not.
When I first contacted this company I was doing the usual search for a product that would do the job at a reasonable price. I got a lot of pushy sales people but NOT at this company where I was given good honest advice. Once I had made up my mind which machine I wanted they were quick, efficient and delivery was made with no fuss. Next came the OOPPS what have we done to the machine moment!!! Brilliant service they came very quickly fixed the machine and gave it a good overhaul at the same time...I might add it was OUR fault not the machine. Since purchasing the supplies arrive within a couple of days and all in all I would recommend this company to anyone.

Superb service
The first shredder was damaged in transit but not a problem as a new one arrived the next day and the original collected and returned no extra cost.
The whole experience was painless and the quality and cost was great.

Good service, could do with a cheaper delivery option
Good service and very fast delivery. However, it would be nice if they offered a cheaper delivery option for small orders where we could wait for an extra couple of days for the items to arrive.

Good and bad
It was easy to contact the Warehouse.com and discuss what I wanted. My items came in less than 24hr which was great. What was not so great was to find the shredder broken on arrival and the wrong Dymo tape. When I contacted the Warehouse .com I was very disconcerted to be told contact the manufacturers and claim under the guarantee and only get back to them if there was a problem. The phone number for the manufacturers simply wasn't answered. I did eventually get through via e-mail and I have to say they have replaced the item. I did however think that my contract was with the Warehouse.com and they should have sorted out the broken shredder. I am also still awaiting the correct tape for my Dymo.
