Very poor, goods never delivered
We never received the goods we paid for. We contacted the company several times, they did not seem interested. They were very slow to respond, did not apologise or make any effort to correct the situation.

Svarer ikke på mails, returnerer ikke penge
Varene blev sendt retur fra posthus før tid. Dette er ikke Asiancookshops skyld, men har siden da (gennem en måned nu) kontaktet dem flere gange for at få dem til at sende varene igen. De har ikke reageret på en eneste henvendelse. Har nu gennem de sidste par uger bedt dem returnere de penge jeg har betalt for halvanden måned siden. Det har de heller ikke gjort. Har nu bedt min bank om at trække pengene retur. Ærgerligt, for de har ellers et fantastisk udvalg.

Excellent Customer Service & Pricing
Really happy to have found this site, I am a big spices fan and love most Indian food. But the difficulty has always been finding the ingredients required [especially at prices that will make, making a curry from scratch, worthwhile!]
Love the extensive range and love the low pricing, they stock my favourite brand of pickle [ferns] and also stocked various atta including our favourite pilsburry chakki.
Delivery came on time and most impressive was the care taken in packaging quite delicate items as well as their customer service, first class! [thankyou Jill for your help]
I happily recommend the asian cookshop and look forward to more orders soon.
