Ordered some great books at great prices online. Easy to navigate and order, quite happy but forgot to look at who their delivery company was. Horrified to discover that it was YODEL. Oh no, but the package was to be delivered to my work address so I thought that it would be okay. The box looked like it had received a good kick around, squashed, torn and completely knackered. At least it had arrived this time. Have contacted The Book People and will send photos of the box. Will not be ordering online until they change courier. Ordered via my childs school when they can be bothered to share the list and have been extremely happy with price and quality so will need to find some other way of shopping with them.
Changed to 5 stars today after The Book Peoples great customer service. Listened to my complaint and resent damaged book. Happy to use again.
