Perfect Gift
What do you buy the couple who already have everything for a wedding present? SImple.... A personalised chopping board.
Ordering was a clear and easy process , it's an easy site to get around and shows good examples of the product. I felt as confident as I could be despite not having that real shop experience of being able to touch and feel the quality of products. The chopping board arrived within a week of ordering, it is beautifully finished ,fantastic quality and the packaging is so clever and simple all I have to do is wrap the box!
I know I shall return to shop very soon .

Impeccable service, very high quality product... Will use again and again
I wanted to get a personalised chopping board made for two friends as a wedding present. I emailed to see if the personalisation that I wanted was possible. Not only was the response very quick (within 15 minutes) but they gave me an alternative suggestion of how to do it and how it would come out better.
I duly placed my order through the website and the delivery of the board was in a few days... far faster than I thought it would be. I was very happy with the product. Well wrapped, well presented.
I will be using The Chopping Block Co for years to come.

Out of this chopping board
Bought a carving board for Christams. Found the excellent service, and quality of the chopping board that I purchased a smaller one for my Daughter. Cant wait to give it to her for her 21st birthday which is on the 31st of this month. She loved mine, but does not now that I have bought her one too. I will purchase from this company again. A+++++

Top quality gift

Brilliant bespoke board and service!
Really pleased with the very large bespoke thermo ash board just delivered!
Although other companies could supply, this was the only company able to inscribed this size of board .Andy replied within the hour to my initial email enquiry and guided me through choices and details expertly!
Ordered and delivered within a week, could not ask for a better service, Would recommend to anyone and certainly use again for special and/or unusual gifts

mixed opinion, SHOCKING customer care
lovely product, really pleased with it, but spoilt the whole experience with shocking correspondance and customer care, i left voice messages with no responce for days, left important information such as changing delivery address but this fell on deaf ears. Delivery time............don't bet on the 7 days it took 3 weeks.
Such a shame as the product is great.

Appalling customer service
Ordered personalised chopping board as a special gift more than two weeks ago
Informed that delivery time approximately 7 days
Eight telephone calls and four emails in the last 48 hours remain unanswered
Without doubt the most discourteous and unhelpful customer service ever encountered with online shopping

Very nice chopping blocks
The chopping block was excellent and made a very good wedding present.
There was a problem with the delivery company seemingly not wanting to deliver the item, and after a few paniced e-mails they actually sent another block to the hotel we were staying at for the wedding to make sure we had it in time.

Product OK, rubbish service
We ordered a personalised chopping block as a wedding present for a good friend - despite being very clear that we wanted it sent directly to our friend, they sent it to our home address. Result - £11.25 in postage we had to pay to get it sent to where it should have been in the first place.

Beautiful Chopping Board with fabulous engraving and it came within days!
I was really pleased with the oak chopping board I received. I bought it for a wedding present and was really impressed with the quality of the product and the engraving. It was also packaged well with lovely tissue paper. I would definitely buy another one and recommend to a friend!

Good Quality, speedy delivery
The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was quoted as up to 7 days but it arrived in 3. The chopping board was tightly wrapped and well protected. Fab product in special-quick time
I ordered a cherry wood bread board with engraving on two sides. The website says 7 days order -> delivery, but I emailed to say it was my anniversary in 3 days and was there any chance of getting it done quickly. I had an email back saying they would do their best, and it arrived in only two days - the day before the anniversary. ;-) Happy wife, no trouble for forgetful husband. And it is a lovely piece of wood.

Just what we were after!
We had an oak board engraved for friends for their wedding and it was exactly what we'd hoped for. The wood is a wonderful quality and the engraving is really well done - very neat. We're really chuffed - I would definitely recommend as well as consider doing it again for someone else.
