A classic "can't be bothered" piece of customer service...
No contact after placing an order, and no confirmation of same. When I went to check order status I found that the original stated order date had been moved a full two weeks farther away, and again had no contact from DrinkShop to tell me so. Emailed to ask for a refund and once again have had no contact or reply from them....but refund has been issued once I logged in to their website. Appalling communication and customer service. Avoid !

I am sorry to read you feel this way Ian. I have looked into your order and the product you ordered was out of stock at the time of ordering. We keep our customers informed of stock levels, waiting times & delivery dates all the way through the ordering process. Customers are prompted in the 'shopping basket' if a product is out of stock and how long it will be before available again. Customers also receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering which lists products ordered and the delivery date. Having investigated your order I have found that your original delivery date was not changed and your conformation email will show this. We pride ourselves here at The Drinkshop.com on our customer services and we do our to best to keep customers informed. Your email requesting refund was followed up with a phone call to discuss your order but there was no answer so a refund was performed.
