Well Thedrinkshop - "Remember, it's our service you're reviewing, not that of our couriers" -> I organised a delivery for a specific day of the week that I knew I'd be home... and it was never sent out for delivery.
More annoyingly, thedrinkshop didnt tell me this proactively - I emailed in the morning (no response ever to either of the two emails I sent), waited until the afternoon and called them to ask when to expect it and they said "oh, there has been a mix up, we'll have to deliver it tomorrow". No "if that's ok"... it was just a given
I also tweeted voicing my dismay, which was only replied to after the goods had been delivered saying "all good now". Product and delivery was fine, but customer services was shoddy to be frank - if you offer delivery for specific dates, but can't deliver, you really should proactively tell them in my opinion and at very least respond to emails speedily.
