Ordered a 2002 vintage Bollinger champagne as a gift but the recipient was sent a 2004 Bollinger. I was not informed of the substitution or initially sent a refund for the difference in cost. If the recipient had not mentioned the vintage I would have been none the wiser !

Once you had informed us of the problem, we arranged a replacement product of your choice, to be sent for next day delivery and refunded you the difference in cost. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
