My order was due to arrive 2 days after I ordered it. I paid extra for it to arrive early. The order got lost and I was told I would not receive it until a week after I originally made the order. After 2 weeks I still had not received my order, I would have chased it sooner however I was in hospital. I called the Drink Shop and a new order was sent out however there was no offer of a refund for the extra cost I had paid for the delivery charge. I personally found my experience very disappointing and I would only ever purchase anything from the Drink Shop again if I could not get the product anywhere else.

Dear Sophie, Unusually, we are informed of late or missing parcels and communicate this quickly to our customers, as is written on some 5 star reviews here. However, this did not happen on this occasion, and in our opinion too, your delivery was unduly late and for this we apologise.
