Good range of drinks but customer service and delivery times could be better
I bought a bottle of brandy and a gift box on a Sunday. I was called 3 days later to be told that the box was not big enough for the bottle which I found odd as it was one of the suggested packaging methods. If I wanted the larger box I was told I would have to pay another £1.42. There are several issues here - why does the website match products that are not compatible, why did it take 3 days to tell me and why not just match the product to the suitable packaging and post it. It must have cost more in phone calls and work time to call me and charge me the £1.42. Was it really worth it? I had already spent £42.19 if it as my company I'd realise it was my mistake and swallow the loss of £1.42.

There should not be any bottles with the wrong sized box options and we are in the process of checking these options.
