We had a problem but Thedrinkshop sorted it immediately.
I ordered an expensive bottle of Rum. The parcel arrived, but it was left in the wrong place! Not very good for security. When i opened the box, it was already damaged on the outside, and yes the free cocktail glass provided with the Rum was smashed to pieces. The problems were caused by the couriers and not the Drinkshop. When i complained, the Drinkshop could not have been more helpful. Another glass was dispatched immediately, this arrived the following day. And as a very nice gesture the cocktail glass was accompanied by a tumbler glass and a keyring. That put a smile on my face, this company knows how to conduct business, well done.
