Room for improvement

I had to chase why the status of my order had not changed from "awaiting processing" to "dispatched" after several days and thus had to ring them to ask why.
I was told it was because I hadn't ordered before from them and that they had to verify I was over 18 years of age, prior to processing the order; however, they had not contacted me to verify this, it was me that had to chase them. Had I not done this, I don't know that my purchase would have arrived on time. As it was, they upgraded my delivery to that of next day, although I feel this was more likely because it would not have arrived in the original anticipated delivery time.

Other than that, the drink was nice and a good present for my mate's 40th; "Buckfast"!!!!

    There was no delay to your order. Your order was placed at 7.06pm on Friday 28. At the basket stage of ordering it will allow you to choose a selected delivery date, you chose standard delivery which takes 3 to 5 working days, you would have also received a confirmation email confirming your delivery date of 04/07. Your parcel was delivered 03/07/13.
