Ordered items on Sunday the 6th of Oct for delivery specifically on Friday the 11th (the website was wanting to deliver it on the 10th), then got an message on our answering machine saying that the items will be delivered on Monday the 14th? Then actually received them on Tuesday the 15th!! And the really annoying part is we had to pay £6.95 for the privilege of it not being delivered when we asked for it!!!! Very poor service indeed. And to actually have a phone message left saying that it will be late and "hope this is ok?" when we had given specific dates, and then it being delivered a day after that is beyond belief! In this day and age this is not acceptable service and very poor.
