I have used this Company for several years and have been very pleased but the last two orders have been very disappointing as I ordered some Provincial Regalia, when it arrived I was not happy with the product I phoned and was informed that they would replace it from another manufacturer it eventual arrived after waiting over 2 months. The next order which was for a pair of trousers was ordered on 27/9/2011 and eventually arrived on the 14 November 2011. I feel this is an excessive time to wait for a product. I will of course give them another chance next time I require anything
In our dinners before Lodge meetings Brothers often share what they are reading and studying; what they are purchasing (rings, car emblems, hats, shirts, aprons, Masonic Passports, and etc); and we often take the items with us to share with like minded men. I have never been disappointed with an item from Freemason.com and I will continue to give them my business.
Friendly to deal with. A huge wealth of knowledge. I have used them on many occasions and have never been let down. They have even helped by reading sections of books over the phone to me when I 'forgot to order in time' to help with the odd speech.... nothing is too much trouble for them!!! (I did buy the books!!!)
Just over a year ago I purchsed regalia for Provincial Stewards honour which after some heavy use developed a fault with the fastening strips coming away from the material. I e-mailed the Freemason and explained the problem and they immediately agreed to take the faulty apron back and replace it with a new one, including refitting the badge. I was extremely pleased and impressed with their service. I have since bought two sets of cufflinks and they are of very good quality.
