Such good service I bought the company! Not quite but even Victor Kiam would give it a thought.
I ordered two items on Tuesday evening and the goods were processed and delivere on the Thursday morning. They were delivered by the company's own delivery men. The cabinets had been brought from Cheshire to Durham Amazing service no one could deny! All of the staff I dealt with were a credit to the company. I have just ordered two further furniture items as the quality of the units are fantastic too.

Extraordinary value
Recently bought the rustic solid oak superkingsize bed. Arrived when it was supposed to and was delivered to relevant bedroom. The bed is superbly made and the finish is gorgeous. The price was amazing given the size and quality of the bed. This is the first time I have used furniture market but wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Recommend without reservation - really!

Good looking, good value oak filing cabinet delivered quickly but with the wrong screws
We bought a 2 drawer oak filing cabinet. Ordering was very easy, delivery was free and quick. The item arrived on time and customer service around delivery was excellent. The cabinet is very solid and seems well built. The only downside is that the screws for the handles are too short. However, I called customer service; they dealt with it very well and promised to send out longer screws. Waiting for them now.

I love my new table
Great experience. Tables were found very easily via google images search. I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and was contacted Monday morning with a delviery for the next day. Two other great things (1) no delvery fee (2) nice three hour winder for delivery - not all day. The table are really stylish and look great in my room. In fact I may buy the matching coffee table!

I ordered a bedroom suite (bed, 2x bedsides and a wardrobe) from the Furniture Market having looked around for some time on the internet and the high street. I came across the Furniture Market website and was really impressed with their range of products on offer, their free delivery service and great product knowledge after speaking to them on the phone. I couldn't find similar items cheaper on any other website but most importantly, having spoken to them on the phone, I had confidence that I was dealing with a company that were reputable. I received my items shortly the next week and the delivery drivers were more than courteous lifting the items into the house. The items were well packed and the sections of the bed and wardrobe fitted together easier than I expected. Great buying experience and I will be coming back again to buy from you!

Fantastic!! They could not have been more helpful if they tried.
From the moment they answered the phone to me the service was fantastic. They talked me through the various coffee tables available to me before I decided on the chunky oak one that now resides in my lounge.
Their delivery was efficient and they kept me up to date with what time they would be at my house.
Finally the driver was great, huge smile, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
I will be back to get my matching sideboard as soon as I have the money!!

Quality product & service
Having previously purchased furniture from the furniture market & been extremely satisfied with my purchases & their customer service, they were the first people I looked at when I decided to buy a garden furniture set.
There was a wide range of products on their easy to navigate web site that was good value for money & fitted into my budget. It was easy to purchase the garden set securely from the web site! Delivery was quick & when the goods arrived the delivery man was very helpful in taking the goods round to my garden.
My wife's next project is to re furnish 1 of the guest rooms & we would be happy & comfortable to buy products from the furniture market again.

Amazing Furniture at a fraction of the high street prices
Ordered some french furniture for my bedroom which would of cost me hundered's more if I had ordered on the high street. From start to finish the company was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process. They arrived on time and the delivery drivers were very helpful, they even took away all packaging materials. Wow I cam across the Furniture Market website after spending a day looking round my local city Chester for Oak bedroom furniture. Perfect for the space...perfect all over!!
Having already ordered and taken delivery of the side tables I decided to have a look for a cupboard - I had been looking for one of a specific width to fit in an alcove by the chimney. I was so pleased to find one, just what I wanted, (GF London Oak LD02/London Oak 2 Door Small Cupboard) in The Furniture Market.
As before the communications were great and the cupboard was delivered at a time that suited me. I was very pleased with the cupboard - my only criticism is that the pegs for the shelves were a little loose and therefore it was difficult to get the shelves in place on my own - took a few attempts but managed it eventually.
Overall i am very pleased with this product - it is in the alcove all nicely shiny and sturdy.

Very Happy With Purchases!
We ordered two side tables (Opus Oak OPULT/Opus Solid Oak Lamp Table WOOD Wooden Handles) and delivery was arranged within a week or so. When the order was delivered I noticed that the box said that the handles were metal. Before I unpacked the box I emailed and queried this as i didn't want to have to unpack then repack the item for return. I got a response very quickly saying that the metal handles are standard which is why the box specified them, but that the wooden handles should have been supplied as they were ordered specifically for me. When I unpacked I found the handles exactly as stated.

Efficiency personified!
We bought a frameless glass table and sited it in our orangery on a plain wooden floor. Some two years later my wife heard what she thought was a rifle shot - I was overseas involved in weapons training and my wife thought perhaps a disgruntled client of mine was attacking the house. She went cautiously to investigate and found the table badly cracked. It was out of guarantee so we ordered another which duly arrived very efficiently. We took particular note of the instructions not to drag the table but only lift it. A couple of days later I was working within ten feet of it when "bang" - it cracked right across in front of me. Anyway, in spite of the very unusual circumstances - not to say possible suspicion on the part of the supplier that we had marauding hammer-throwing children (we are 68 and 70!) - they again replaced it promptly. Heaven knows what they will say if it happens again - poltergeists?

This is the second purchase we made from The Furniture Market, the prices are very competitive. My chest of drawers was delivered in a week after ordering it. It was bulky and unbelievably heavy but the two delivery gentleman carried it upstairs and unpack it for me. It was a very positive experience shopping with The Furniture Market and i will definetely come back .

Excellent value
I found the ideal glass coffee table on the Furniture Market's site via Google. Always being a bit sceptical about online sites for retailers I'd never heard of, I was a bit nervous about ordering something by picture only. However they offered the best price and delivery deal, so I took the risk. And I'm delighted to say that the product exceeded my expectations, as did the Delivery which was conveniently scheduled for a Saturday and arrived on time. The coffee table is excellent quality and looks very at home in my living room. I have no hesitation ordering on Furniture Market's site again.

The house that 'The Furniture Market' has furnished
What more can i say other than that...
My husband and i have used them so many times for the majority of the rooms in our house. Our very first purchase from them was 5 or so years back. We bought a black barcelona and footstool and a 1 seat le corbusier. We both love them, as do all our family who always make a beeline to sit on them.. after 5 years, they still look as good as they did when we opened the box.
The next items we bought were the oxford oak 2 door cupboards x2.. we have fitted so much more than we ever thought we would, we have used them as sideboards either side the chimney breast in the dining room.. Perfect!!
We also have a beautiful black 1 door armoire in the entrance hall to put in coats and bags, plus it is a real statement piece- friend always ask where we got it from...
In the little spare room, we have georgian white painted furniture and an oak sleigh bed. excellent quality, and the drivers assembled this for us.
Out last delivery the other day was for the bigger spare room we have gold armoire and antique mirrored furniture- STUNNING!!
Literally like the title said.. we have nearly furnished our house with The Furniture Market, and the staff on the phone are always lovely, curtious and very helpful. The delivery team are always on form, with a little joke, but they get the job done, are always friendly and tidy everything away afterwards!!!
This is how business should be run, and deliveries made.. We will be back to buy more- shop with confidence

Does what it says on the tin.
We were looking for bedroom furniture locally and on line. The furntiure market appear to offer great furniture at a fair price. Placing a large order on line without seeing the furniture felt risky, (£900) so we made a visit to there shop.
We ordered that day, delivery was fast and the furniture is now pride and place in our bedroom.
Advertising was accurate and I would now order further items without viewing.
