Brilliant service
I ordered a TV stand from the Furniture Market. A friend of mine already had it and it looked really nice in her house. It was easy to find and order and the men that delivered it were really helpful. I would definitely buy from the Furniture Market again!

solid and polished - overall service and furniture item
Very smooth consumer experience from the moment of ordering to delivery. Nice touch receiving a call to advise on window of delivery. Item of furniture - in my case a curved glass table and potentially susceptible to damage - arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Faultless all round.

a beautiful addition to our bedroom
We are really pleased with our solid oak bed as described sold to us by really friendly and helpful staff and delivered promptly on the day promised. It is big so we have had to move our roon around but will be doing more shopping with furntiture market for matching pieces. Thank you

Excellent service and quality product
I purchased a solid oak single guest bed. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful about the products and availability before I purchased, and the bed was delivered very soon after placing the order and on time. It was easy to assemble and is a good quality bed, one of the only solid oak ones I was able to find on line. A very good service all round.

Best value glass office table on ebay ! A premium product at a predatory price. This is as good as it gets !
Bought a glass office table from "The Furniture Market". Delivered quickly and well packaged. Much better value (not far off half the price !) and equal quality to the premium high street offerings - without the hassle of the high street !

Very efficient with both communication and quality.
As soon as we placed the order I was made fully aware of the expected delivery timeline. This was followed up by an SMS text and email confirming the delivery day and time. The delivery was on time and the item was very well packaged and of excellent quality. I would recommend this company and would use them myself again.

easy to use website with quality products
The glass coffee table I bought was exceptional value, was delivered extremely quickly, with plenty of notice and exactly when I was told it would come. I was worried that the quality might be not be up to scratch, but I love my table and it looks exactly the same as other, far more expensive, options. The website is easy to use and all emails were responded to quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use the site again...now I'm looking to get a glass nest of tables...

Great Customer Service
My order was ready for delivery within a few days and the original time was too wide for our plans that day. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and found out a more accurate delivery time meaning we did not have to rearrange.
It turned up perfectly on time, complete with a 30 minute warning call and looks great in my bedroom.

Stylish furniture,sensibly priced and excellent, quick delivery
I am delighted with the new desk and sideboard which arrived just over a week after ordering. I had spent months browsing the internet for a modern, stylish design that was also a piece of quality furniture, not easy to find, However, I came across the Furniture Market website and found the prices for real, solid wood furniture were very reasonable, especially as they had some price reductions.
The delivery team contacted me by e mail to keep me informed of the progress of my order and arranged by text a convenient delivery time.

Great Furniture, Service and Company
My son's new bed arrived yesterday and I have to compliment TFM on their products, Customer Service and overall as a company. The delivery was on time, which more times than I care to mention they aren't and they even called ,me 20 minutes before they were due to deliver to ensure I was at home. I couldn't fault the service even if I wanted to. Will definitely buy from TFM again.

Brilliant customer service. Beautiful piece of furniture that will be treasured for many years to come. Measurements and description true to item and helped my decision on which size sollid oak sideboard to go for. Excellent price for solid oak.
Ordered on Friday night. Phone call Monday morning from customer services offering delivery Tuesday and choice of knobs. Delivery arrived in allocated time slot by two friendly men.
Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to family and friends and use again for other matching items.

Wow a new oak table
We have just taken delivery of a new oak table to live in the kitchen, we already own 'Brooklyn' furniture and have been very pleased with it, it also has stood up to being moved to three times and still looks perfect. We boxed clever with our new table as it is identical height to our current 'Brooklyn' dinning table and when we have the whole family together all we need to do is butt them together. The Furniture Market are a good reliable company to deal with their communication to the customer (me) was second to none and the delivery crew were efficient and pleasant.

excellent so easy
I bought a mirrored console table it was so straight forward to order.
The delivery was great received a text to tell me my time slot and date of delivery.
It was delivered as described and within the time scale.
Would definately order from here again
My only criticism would be the picture of the table on line doesn't show it off that well.

Organising the grandchildren
We chose a tall, thin oak shelf unit to fit into a space in the grandchildren's bedroom. Now we can store all the books and toys in one place and keep the room tidy. The unit is very well thought out and sturdy.

Gorgeous piece, swift delivery, great value for money with great service.
After searching for a good solid piece that was still affordable I found furniture market. Such a great price for a brilliantly large solid chest of drawers & I only had to wait less than a week for delivery. Great product, Great service
Ordering was easy, the customer service representative was friendly and helpful. Delivery was prompt and the 2 hour time slot very helpful if a little on the early side! Great Service and goods
Ordered a glass table on the phone, Marc was very helpful and even honoured a voucher from money supermarket. Said the goods would be delivered on the next Tuesday, had an email confirming it. Next day a text confirming a delivery slot of just 3 hours and guess what the table arrived in that time slot. The table was very well packaged and is exactly what we wanted. I would thoroughly recommend The Furniture Market to anyone and use them again.

Just what I was looking for
Have been looking for a glass desk for my teenage daughter's bedroom but all have been too big. Came across this website and found immediately what i wanted> It was a great price too. Placed order and received confirmatory email. Then, a week later, was contacted by Company to arrange delivery. Delivery date was a saturday and they gave me a slot between 1-4. Desk arrived at 1.30 and was carried upstairs to the bedroom by two friendly guys. Really impressed by the product, service and delivery..will definitely recommend and use again.

eye catching furniture with a difference !!!!
I receive my french console table on Saturday and i couldnt love it anymore,its everything i hoped it would be and more. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving but in this case what you see is what you get. Reliable, efficient and friendly!
I had been searching for a solid oak kingsize bed for weeks, going round in cirlces on websites such as Oak Furniture Land, but I can guarantee that the quality and price from The Furniture Market will surpass anything else you can find.
I placed my order and called the office for confirmation of my order, pleasantly surprised to be able to speak directly to a person, and not a recorded message. I was reassured t hat my order was being processed (manually which I love!) and that delivery would be the following weekend and within a 2 hour time slot, not all day, which given that my delivery was on a Saturday, was greatly appreciated.
Perfect customer service, and an extremely high quality product, well-made and easy to assemble. Will most definitely be shopping here again for my new bedside tables!

What a Great experience.
Firstly ordered rustic oak dressing table locally. After a number of weeks waiting it transpired that they had forgotten to order the item.
On the internet found the Furniture Market ordered item(which was also cheaper that locally) it was delivered within 2 weeks.
We ordered another piece of furniture 0n 31.10.12 and it was again delivered 2 days later by courier.
Fantastic service and when I spoke with the company, member of staff very helpfull and obliging.
I would recommend this company. Keep up the good work.

OMG Stunning
Bought two mirror bedside low drawer units, they are absolutely stunning. So pleased with them keep taking visitors upstairs to show them. Ordering service very good, delivery best I've ever encountered. Delivery time slot was set and they phoned about 30 mins before arrival, two man delivery allowed me to check goods before placing in room of my choice.
