Fast, efficient, trustworthy: recommend 100%
I approached the FX Firm because we were buying a house in London and needed to transfer a lot of money from accounts abroad. We got a much better rate then what was offered by our banks, and using the FX Firm has saved us a lot of money.
When we first got in touch we were a bit skeptical as it was the first time we used such an entity for making a transaction of such a large amount of money. But everything was super quick the money arrived in our account in GBP on the same day as they received the EUR from us.
We are using them now for all bigger transactions that we have to do. Would recommend them 100% and have no reservations. To all those that are hesitant I can only say that I felt exactly the same way at first but after having done about 5 transactions with them and all was always perfect and super quick, don't worry and go ahead and save yourself hundreds or thousands of pounds compared to the rates your bank offer.

Lightening fast & the best rates - all the time, every time
My account manager is Sam. I live in the USA and regularly transfer small (< £10K) sums into USD. I simply e-mail him for a quote, accept it by e-mail and transfer the money into the FX Firm account. Sam normally responds to my first e-mail in about 30 minutes, and the whole process is completed in < 48 hours.
I often cross quote to make sure I am on a good rate, and it's ALWAYS the best, with no hidden charges.

The FX Firm is FANTASTIC. I would recommend them without hesitation.
This was my first time using The FX Firm, and I can't express how pleased I have been with them. The communication from start to finish has been phenomenal.
I initially was planning to use a larger, more well know fx company, and after countless issues setting up an account, multiple times calling only to be placed on hold, being told someone would call me back only to wait and find out it was a lie, I gave up and started to research further.
I found The FX Firm, and although they only had a limited number of reviews, they were all positive. Not only were the reviews positive, but they also provided the best exchange rate.
I just completed my first transaction with them and will not hesitate to continue to use them. Sam Bennett, Owain Walters, and Jane Burn were fantastic in answering my questions, and dealing with my initial concerns. The communication and promptness of this company could not have been better. Was a leap of faith sending 18K
When I first looked around these guys gave the best service and also the best rate. I was very dubious of sending 18K to these guys who I had never heard of and could find no credible write up, except these reviews. Anyway I made the leap of faith, which was a big one when you consider the amount being sent. Sam did a great job and within 2 days the funds were in my account. I can say these guys are legit and did. Great job.

A model in good service!
I have used the FX Firm for small amounts (<£5000 a time) to send money to RSA. The quotes and responses have been very, very good. I don't even bother shopping around now. (although always a good thing to do)

Professional, prompt and customer focused service.

Extraordinarily helpful, efficient, and pleasant
I could not have been more impressedwith the service received from your company. Every query was answered immediately, even in the evening, and the transaction went through with no problem at all. My funds were transferred from my account in the uk to my sisters in BC Canada in less than 48 hours. Transfers within banks in the same state made on the same day took from 7-10 working days! Quick responses and excelent customer care
I was completely unaware of this firm. They offered the best rate as per fxcompared.com for my amount and currency. My emails were promptly replied. I received a quote in 5-10 minutes of my first email and money reached destination in 2.5 days(Australia).

Excellent service with constructive thoughts on the FX markets and trading in general
The FX firm combines a friendly professional service with excellent insight into the FX markets where they operate. Trades are executed in a timely manner and in line with instructions. Their daily comment is a useful market update, being informative on key developments and events, whilst not being afraid to provide their own opinions, often with a bit of humour thrown in for good measure. To date they have always been competitive on price too!

I woul certainly recomend the FX Firm, I asked numerous questions before and after having opened the acount, They answered promptly via email, and even when telephoning to make an enquiry about future exchange rates about small amounts, they were very helpful even before I started to exchange any funds. As we are purchasing a property abroad, we needed to transfer a smalll deposit, then the balance later. The FX Firm were very helpful throughout, and we will continue to use them for the transfers in future for the upkeep and bill payments needed tobe made for our overseas home.

Pretty good but exchange rate a little disappointing
Staff very friendly and willing to help. Process not as easy as with a previous company I used, where everything was done automatically and the funds transferred almost instantly rather that 2 or 3 days later. The exchange rate (pounds to euros) was not as good as that quoted by Martin's Money Tips, but better than my previous experiences.

Sam Bennett has been great all along
I started to use the FX firm to save money on foreign transfers from the UK and the US to Thailand. The banks charge a fortune and the FX firm is competitively priced to other competitors. I tried the service once and it worked well, so I just stuck with it. Sam has assisted me through every transaction and he has done an excellent job with responding quickly, coherently and concisely regarding any upcoming or occurring transfer. Thanks Sam!

A personal friendly service
I had an account with moneycorp and rang to place a trade. As we all know Fx is a fluid thing and when you want to trade a lack of prompt action can cost money. All I got was busy tone and then when answered to be told my trader was too busy and would call me back. He didnt!!; so I did a net search and applied online for an account with The FX Firm. An immediate phone call confirmed they were processing my application and they rang back within 10 minutes to take my trade. Now thats what I call service! : and I think I maybe even got a better exchange rate.

Quick, Reliable, great rates
I have used this firm a few times now. i f someone wanted me to fault them there is no way i could. every time i have had a query it has been quickly answered. any transactions that i have done with them have been reasonably quick and the rates that they get seem to be some of the best. i have already recommended them to others and i will continue to do so.
