I found the company as a result of a search engine enquiry about finding the cheapest price for my preferred choice of dishwasher. Their price was excellent. They would have got 5* if I had been able to get through by phone to query why I had not received a tracking e-mail on the day of delivery.
That said, it did arrive on the specified day. I would consider the company in the future; and I have put them in my favourites so I don't forget.

I found their web site easy to use and the price quoted on the washing machine I wanted was cheaper than most other places. The delivery times were good and when I phoned to find out exactly what time to expect my delivery, they were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
I ordered my gas fire which was easy online. Picked date to be ordered and it arrived on time. The driver was friendly, helpful and delivered my fire with no problems.
Would definitely recommend the gas superstore to my friends.
fast delivery and the best price on the market for the product I bought
The purchasing experience was at the end good, would have been better if there had not been a hiatus in delivery. The online purchasing went smoothly and sat at home expecting delivery - fortunately rang to find out that due to sales over the Bank Holiday they were out of stock of certain Bosch items (including the dishwasher I ordered) and it would not be arriving as expected. The reason given was that "sales had not up dated the delivery system!!!!". Good news though "one dishwasher was in stock and could be delivered the next day" and it was. What would have been a 9 out of 10 became a good 7.
I had no problem ordering via the website but they really need to review the phone system. Took me 3 attempts and 8 mins on hold not good.
An unusual experience - a completely professional and competitively priced company who deliver excellent service from the ordering stage right through to delivery. Our delivery guy was brilliant . He called and said he would be at our house in 42 minutes and he was. Brilliant. This guy is a great representative for your company. (Tom I think? ) - polite, friendly and reliable in terms of delivery time. We will most certainly be using this firm again when we order a new cooker in the next year or so. Well done Gassuperstore.

Your website promised an email with tracking info etc. I never got one. So I missed a morning appointment. Then I received a phone call from the driver giving me an estimated arrival time. I would have been home well in time but...I didn't know the delivery would be late afternoon. I deduct one point from what would have been an otherwise 10 out of 10.
I ordered online with no trouble and at the best price anywhere . Chose my own delivery day to suit myself and rang a few days before just to confirm it was all ok .No problem . Delivered at 7am -brilliant ! Very pleased all round .Thank you .

I bought an inset woodburner from them as it took me over their 7 day policy for returns (I had to wait for the chimney fitter to come to me) which was approx 10 days when I realised that the burner I had bought was incorrect.
I emailed them and then called them several times, on two occasions i spoke to a gentleman who said he would speak to the manager and get back to me, but nothing.
Having not received any response to my emails and phonecalls I have had to sell the burner privately as I needed the money to put towards another one, resulting in over £150 loss which I am extremely unhappy about. I felt uneasy about waiting any longer because if they did come pick it up then I wasn't sure how long the refund would take to make my account.
the most competitive price , i looked around in a 3 gas fire shops and the gas superstore was the best value by far over £100 saving . delivery was within a week and the cost is included in the price of the fire which i think is a really good idea.
Appliance is fantastic if your thinking about getting a stem generator iron I would recommend gas superstore.
Good quality product delivered quickly and conveniently really pleased with our new cooker.

Gas fire as and when ordered = very happy customer.
Price was good, delivery happened on the day specified, my only gripe was that I didn't get an email to say that the item had been despatched, so I had to ring to get my 3-hour delivery window
I changed my mind about which fire I wanted and they were so nice and friendly about it.
Glad to have found them on Google.
I ordered a hob from the Gas Superstore. The price was £199, which was £36 less than John Lewis and £15 less than the other big names. The hob is brand new in sealed packaging. Their communication has been excellent, with a prompt warning when my credit card company put a hold on the transaction, and plenty of warning for when the delivery was going to be made. It was delivered by their own van (I'm in Cambridgeshire). I haven't had it fitted yet, but so far everything looks fine.
The Gas Superstore made our dishwasher purchase very easy. Website was clear, delivery was made when promised and the take back service for the packaging and old dishwasher was a welcome add-on.
I had used another site for my purchases of the kitchen white goods. This time, I have found this site and the service was wonderful!!
I purchased a Hotpoint condenser tumble drier from The Gas Superstore. I got it at a great price and delivery was free and without any problems at all. The appliance is just what I wanted, large capacity and good energy efficiency. I would highly recommend The Gas Superstore to anyone in the market for a quality appliance at a good price with good service.
Bought a gas fire and was sent the brass version instead of the chrome one, was unable to get through on the telephone on Saturday morning so had to turn gas fitter away, emailed them but didn't get a reply and had to chase them up for an update on Wednesday.
Was told someone would get back to me later that day, no one did!.
Had to chase up the following day to be told i had to supply the serial number, a bit difficult to do from work so rang back the following morning (Friday) with the serial number.
I was then told that it would be ok for me to have the gas fire installed and that replacement chrome trims would be sent.
On Monday morning i received a phone call to say that they want the whole gas fire back, It was supposed to be fitted that day so had to ring the gas fitter and cancel again!!!
So on Saturday (two weeks after first delivery of the wrong gas fire) the gas fire i ordered was finally delivered.
When I ordered my Bosch Tumble Drier on line it said 'in stock' yet after placing my order, paying and arranging a convenient delivery date, I received an email saying this was now 'out of stock' and therefore 'unable to be delivered on the due date'. I rang them up and the tumble drier was due in stock and so another delivery date was arranged.
I was told that if I rang up the day before I would be given a 3 hour slot for delivery. I did this and was told it would be delivered between 1.45pm - 3.45pm, also that the driver would ring one hour prior to delivery.
At 3.45pm the driver rang me to say he would be with me in 20 mins! Therefore, not only was the delivery outside the 3 hour slot (having had to stay home during this time) I was only given 20 mins notice, not the hour advertised.

I bought a condensing tumble dryer from The Gassuperstore. Their website led me to believe that I had booked a delivery slot with my purchase, so I expected the dryer to be delivered as booked. After sitting in until 3pm I rang the number given to be told that I'd gotten through to the showroom, and that they didn't deal with any 'computer orders' and that I needed a different number from the one they sent me in my confirmation email. "But if you've booked it, don't worry, they'll be there!" the bloke on the phone assured me.
Guess what? No show... I left an irritated message at the email address and the following morning I rang to find out what had gone wrong. I was told that the vans were in fact fully booked until the following wednesday, and that a message had been left on my voicemail to this effect. No messages were there, but I rebooked for the Wednesday date.
We had booked for the driver to take out our old machine and take away the packaging, but when he rang an hour before arriving he said that we had to lug the old machine out to the road for him to collect. Quite frankly this was a ripoff, which we had been charged £9.99 for...
Despite my grumbles, the tumble dryer is a good one and it is nice to have it installed. I don't know why these companies can't get their act together to organise their delivery arrangements in a more convenient way though. Leaving one message and not following it up is unacceptable. Not sure if I would buy from them again, who needs this stress?

Recently bought new tumble drier. Did research on line for best machine then looked for best price. I hadn't heard of gas superstore but reviews looked ok and price was right. Made order on line and was offered quick delivery. Item came on time with call 1 hour before from driver. He was friendly and helpful. Only criticism was no paperwork left and request for proof of purchase via email hasn't been actioned yet. I should have kept screenshot or created account to avoid problem.
The Gas Superstore had the lowest price, they delivered quickly and I would happily order from them again.
No problems here, fast, polite, efficient service. Product arrived well packaged and would recommend.
first contact no problem; delivery was prompt and on time; but then it goes downhill !! When a fault was found i contacted the company and was told to phone valor myself; when doing so i was kept waiting for 30minutes listening to rocorded messages and music. When i eventually spoke to someone he said he send the part required. I am still waiting one week later.
I ordered the Bosch Washing Machine and straightaway I received an email with my invoice and delivery date. My machine arrived on the stated day and the delivery man was very helpful. I would certainly use this company again my only complaint is that I haven't discovered this great firm before! ;)
Very competitive price on the Bosch washing machine we wanted, including free delivery. We were able to pick the delivery day, and the driver was friendly and helpful. Five stars is maybe a bit generous, as links to order tracking could be better, but given the price and the delivery service, I didn't think dropping to 4 was justified.
