I purchased 2 items which both need to be returned. One was not as I thought it was described, so very disappointed and the other item was not the correct size, it was meant to be a 34" waist but more like a 38". I try arrange a return via the website and this said that I did not have an order. I emailed direct to say I wish to return my items and no one has got back to me other than an automatic reply to say my query has been received. Can you let me know where I need to send my items and how I will get a refund.
I bought one of the deals and got a great discount on a top plus a free pair of designer jeans. Absolutely no hassle ordering and I was able to track the parcel which meant I was in when they were delivered. Will definitely be using TheHut again.
I received the jacket and notice one of the press studs was missing on the chest pocket, tried to contact The Hut to return the item both through my account and via email. I've had no reply. Have ordered lots of items through The Hut and this is the first time the item has been substandard.
Pre Ordered A Console With A Voucher Code They Sent Me, Voucher Got Accepted And Every Order Confirmation Signaled The Discount Would Be Applied But When I Checked My Bank Statement They Had Charged More Than Their Bill Showed. That's Not Right!

I always open my emails from the hut group as I am never sure what deals they have on. I just so happen to open a few emails of late that have contained amazing deals for Christmas presents that would have coat a fortune elsewhere it on the high street! So I placed my order and with in a coue of days it was in my hands :-) great products at amazing prices! Can't fault it will always go to the hut group first for gift ideas :-)
Last time I will be shopping with the Hut as their customer services are absolutely rubbish, over the last few years out of the many purchases I have made with them, 50% of the time there would be a problem withthe order but this time they beat it, out of 8-10 orders they cancelled all but one, stuff the Hut.
Ordered few things on the website and they just cancelled half of the order. No compensation for the trouble or anything. It was meant to be a present but because of this I couldn't get the gift on time. Really disappointing service to a loyal customer.
Avoid the hut at all costs. They will send you nice emails about their fantastic offers but invariably you will be left disappointed. I have used this site three times. Each time I have had problems with my order. The first order I placed I ordered 2 MEDIUM t-shirts, exactly the same brand, style and design just different colours. One t-shirt was the correct size and the other, although the label said it was medium, was probably more like XXL. I returned the incorrectly labelled t-shirt and they said they didn't receive it. They ignored me when I sent proof of postage. The t-shirt was only £10 so I wasn't too put off. The second time I ordered something, everything was fine. I paid my money and then they cancelled the order and gave a refund citing payment problems despite the money leaving my account!... I had to wait 3 days for the money to come back on my card and couldn't place the order again as there was no stock. The third time they sent me a jumper with oil or ink stains all over it. I sent them pictures of the damage and they never got back to me.
Absolutely useless company. They have no telephone numbers and you can only contact them via their stupid online message centre. I will never order from them again.
Great value, good quality products usually with free delivery. I have bought most of my Christmas presents on this site. Items always arrive promptly and as expected. Can't fault it. Love it!
The courier Yodel has been awful, they have written on the online tracking that my items were delivered and were put through my mailbox but they weren't. I ordered shoes. How could shoes fit through a mailbox?
Purchased an X360 Sennheiser gaming headset on a Monday morning, received dispatch notification later the same day, then received delivery via Yodel courier 2 days later as part of the free delivery service.
Item is excellent, it was available at the cheapest price on the internet and the service provided even better. Well done to the guys at The Hut I'll definitely be using them again.
I've ordered several items now from TheHut now. All great fashion items at a fraction of the price of the high street with great offers for free items.

I often browse The Hut, but often the price is not very competitive. However, my last 2 shops have been great with good prices, excellent delivery times and good quality products.
Therefore, I am very happy with the service and experience of my last 2 purchases, which were all from the 3 for £20 range.
Using the website was very easy and the prices were great, especially the offers. The order went through without a hitch and the items came very quickly despite being free delivery! Most of the items are for Christmas presents so do not know yet if sizes fit but the quality and style look really good. Even more pleasing was the free wallet added to the order. Very happy overall and will definately be using the site again especially as I have received e-mails since my order with even more money off deals!!!
The orders were dispatched in quick time, however when an item is to be returned, there is no returns form. It's a long painful to and fro of emails via an online message centre. Try to get your order right, as the returns are not worth the hassle. I think that's what they want!!
