GREAT DEALS ALL AROUND!
The prices and deals are excellent and the free postage (or very cheap abroad postage) is brilliant.
The range is good though not excellent and have to get in there early if you want to make sure you find your size, however I browse quite regularly and often come across amazing deals.
Occasionally the items aren't what I expected but the returns process is pretty easy and a lot of the time I get stuff thinking the quality will be ok for the price but ends up being excellent and is great!

good prices and speedy delivery
i just wanted a few pairs of shorts and a couple of t shirts for the bank hol weekend (which typicaly now looks to be a washout :( )
looked on the hut and they had the styles i liked and discounted too
items were sent pretty sharpish on royal mail 48hour tracked service and i was emailed all the way to let me know what was going on

excellent service from the hut
ordered a bonkers looking watch on a whim. ordered via iphone, the website worked very well on iphone (which many do not). the watch was delivered very quickly with good email updates on the order status. The watch is excellent.

Love it
I love the hut as they're a site that not only provides one thing, it's clothes, electrical items, gadgets, beauty products, hair products, CDs and DVDs, it's a cool site, and it's just an addictive site, I find myself coming back to it all the time!

bargains that arent too good to be true!
The special offers and bundles are amazing value with loads of choice and because they send each item as its ready at no extra cost you get your items quickly! Customer services are friendly and respond quickly. I genuinely don't buy from anywhere else now!

Great deal but showed the price
I bought a pair of chinos, which came free with a pair of flip flops and a polo for 17 quid. I thought that was a great deal and all the items I revived are nice and I'm sure will get good use, but immediately buttons fell off the chinos. Simple to fix, but not a problem you expect to have.

A great firm to deal with. Plenty of good offers, good customer service & make you feel like a valued customer. Potage could be a little quicker but since this is sometimes free, I suppose you cannot argue

good website and selection, but not enough quirky clothes
The website is nicely presented and a good selection of clothes to browse through at fair prices it is a easy layout to view items. my only negative feedback is. i do believe there should be more quirky and unique clothing that other people don't have (but will definitely want!!! )

Mostly good, very bad once.
I've been using the hut for a long time now and their cheap prices are a big selling point, the one snag occurred when I left a review and the words were changed in it, apparently in the small print it says the "the Hut" reserves the right to change the wording of reviews etc, I asked for the review to be removed but customer services refused, also getting refunds can be a bit taxing but I've never not got my money back, apart from that I'd say 90% of transactions have been trouble free.

Bad customer service and the take a long time to address your emails/note.
I prefer not to buy of this company its only as a last resort as in the past I have not had a good experience, I would sooner buy from Amazon or play.com, Amazon is my preferred method as there customer service is the best, it is a shame as I do buy a lot of DVD box-set.
I do hope they are now addressing their customer service as this is what is failing in my opinion.
They would better help themselves if they allowed 24 hours from someone ordering to be allowed to cancel their order rather than 60seconds after you bought, it’s too late to change your mind as your order already being put in the picking for dispatch.

Reliable
This site is always reliable and helpful. It's customer service is also brilliant having been able to cancel items quickly and successfully. It is always displaying great offers and is more often than not the cheapest supplier of the goods that I buy, being DVDs and occasionally games. If the offers were more long term, relevant to my needs and frequent then this site would be my number one site

When i want something, the first thing that comes to mind is The Hut. This is my one stop shop for anything a at a discount Price. I always receive newsletter stating offers and the best thing is that I'm always kept up to date on anything new and also when order is placed.

Great experience so far!
As the title stated, it's been a good experience shopping with The Hut so far. I got what I wanted most of the time. Free delivery, cheap and quality products, and also stylish products! It would be greater if products could have been branded yet at a cheap price, hopefully I could see that in the future!

they deliver ok and prices are in line with others though their customer services and they reply back you need to email this customer services....Sorry un-acceptable what's wrong with forwarding it to your own internal customer service department and you took ages to reply as well...Computer said no did it?

Very reliable, good with deals and always on time
Everything I've ordered so far ive never had to give back and are always right for me (mainly clothes) and always come within 3-5 days which is excellent! Keep it up.
