There has been quite a lot of criticism of The Hut lately, and I can understand why: everything seems to have slowed down compared with about a year ago. I have been a customer for many years and have to admit that emails take at least a day to be answered, and orders to Spain now take about three weeks to arrive, compared with about 10 days previously. On the other hand everything gets done eventually, and problems are solved sensibly and fairly. The one big gain, which nobody should overlook, is the very competitive price level. This is definitely better than before, so if you are not in a hurry to receive your order, the extra saving is well worth it. Hence 4 stars.
