Avoid at all costs !!!! appalling customer service

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had from any company big or small
Ordered a lattissimo plus coffee machine from the hut and was very exited when the parcel arrived and was looking forward to a lovely cup of coffee
On opening the box I found a receipt on top with a previous customers details dated nearly 12 months ago and written at the bottom of the page was scribbled returned as not making lattes!!
I continued to open up the box and found immediately that the machine was dirty and scratched the instruction manual was covered in coffee stains and all 16 coffee pods had been used obviously we had been sent a customers faulty and well used machine
The real fun then started when trying to contact customer services and arrange a return and replacement only to find the only way to contact them is by there own message system in account services
I find it almost inconceivable that any company operates without a phone number and only deals with its customers when it finally reads your message
It finally took nearly three weeks for a refund to be issued as surprise surprise they were now out of stock
Very disappointed is putting it mildly no proper apology no contact from any customer support and three weeks with my money and I still have no coffee machine I will certainly never use the Hut again for any purchase and would advise anyone else to think twice before ordering with them
