Awful service (HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?)
My mum ordered an item as a birthday present to arrive by the 5th December. It is now the 16th and the item has still not arrived. I tried to raise the issue with The Hut and received an email saying to fill in a form and they'd investigate. I filled in the form and emailed it to them as instructed. I have heard nothing since. No confirmation email or anything. So I tried to get in touch with them but there's no phone number and the "online messaging" system doesn't allow clear communication. This is unacceptable and I would like clarification on my order.
