Heading speaks for itself. With the discounts you cannot get better value branded gear. Delivery was rapid, however, although I was in, the goods were chucked over the gate and a card pushed through the door . Good job it was clothing and in a waterproof packet
Hi! I live in France and started ordering at the Hut a few years ago, mailny to buy video games at a best price. As I ordered at their website, I started ordering new and very different products (clothes, jewelry, dvds...) . The price and the products are quite good. I had to contact customer service a few times, and each time it was dealt perfectly. I never had any troubles with them, they answer quickly and do the maximum and best they can (they even sent me a completely new bracelet once, because a small decorative stone was missing on it).
And as a plus point, they don't take the paiement until each product is sent.
I highly recommend their website.
I order, they deliver.
I have a problem with an already sent order, they fix it without cancelling the rest of my order.
I never paid for stuff that did not come and I was allways happy with the price for the items of my choice.
All in all they are the best place to buy my games or clothing. At the moment they have a better service than amazon, so I can recommend them to anybody, without any restrictions.
I was really happy with the free delivery option it was here in 2-3days and i was really happy with every item i bought.i got a lovely jacket,really smart black jumper,tidy jeans and smart white slip on shoes all for £60 so couldnt be happier.my advice 2 other shoppers,try the hut and im sure u will find what ur looking for.dont worry i aint an employee at the hut lol my names sean addison im just a regular joe haha
It is now 54 days since I ordered 2 hoody tops from The Hut and only one turned up. I have contacted customer support and not had a satisfactory reply, another hoody or a refund.

I bought this crosshatch hooded sweatshirt with free crosshatch wallet but I had to buy this item twice in order to avail of the free wallet because when I bought it for the first time I was told that the wallet didn't come with it and it took quite a lot of messages back and forth before I finally received store credit for the amount that the wallet costs and when I went to buy a pair of jeans a couple of days ago the price stated was not the same price as at the checkout,
Very Disappointed with the service when compared to previous times and I hope for better in the future.

I have placed a few orders on thehut due to their low prices and free shipping to Denmark. Two times I have experienced that the goods never arrived, but I know thehut is not to blame for that, and they resent the packages after a few days.
The last time I placed an order with them, there was some kind of a misunderstanding and I ended up with two pairs of the same jeans. As I now had two pairs I decided not to unpack one of them. That was 7 months ago. The other day I then opened the package and realised, that the actual size of the jeans didn't match the size written on the plastic bag and the sticker which was the size I ordered. I emailed their support, and after a few days I was told that they couldn't accept a return since they have a "6 months for the return of faulty/incorrect goods" policy. I find it highly unacceptable since the reason why I ended up with the two pairs of jeans in the first place was, that their support took 2-3 days to read my mail about cancelling my order and it therefore had been sent. I don't know much about the British warranty rules, but in Denmark you have the right to complain over a faulty item for two years.
I would maybe place an order at Thehut again some time, but I am getting really tired of their costumer support.
I ordered a beauty set from The Hut. I was only looking for one product, an Elizabeth Ardan lip protectant stick, but they had this set for a couple of pounds more and with a few extra creams.
I ordered it, with next day delivery. It got here fine, however the product I got isn't even one they have on their site!
I trolled through their customer services, which are quite frankly awful. There is no way to contact them and I don't want to do a simple exchange because something is obviously wrong their end. I've tried filling out their contact form and have heard nothing.
When competing in this online market with the likes of amazon and other sites, it would be seriously advisable to look after your customers, don't make them have to troll through some FQA's which are simply not helpful and when the problem is with you, I don't want to have to be the one who's paid and then has to fix your mistake!
After someone finally contact me, I sent the wrong item back and said that I wanted a refund. I don't want to do business with a company who doesn't look after their customers, and im my experience, TheHUT is the worst online company I've ever dealt with.
Today I got an email notifying me that NOTHER package was being delivered. I do not want the item, I found what I wanted and at a better price else where. I specifically said that I wanted my money back and it feels like i'm being stolen from.
The company has no effective way to deal with their customers issues and problems and for that reason along, i would point anyone in the opposite direction away from them.
I wish their was someone who has warned me, no one needs this much trouble in their life.
My Dyson dc41 Animal arrived in France in good condition. Unfortunately it did not contain the Tangle Free Tool which was the main reason for buying it. My email to The Hut Group was ignored so I contacted Dyson direct and they were very helpful, they do not ship to France so now I must wait to get it from my UK address until August.
On Monday this week I recieved a order from you, after trying the items on I found them totaly unsuitable for me, since then I have been trying to get a returns aurthorisation number from you, I have e-mailed you (no reply) I know I may be talking to the wrong department now but I am desperate please help.

I'm really satisfied with thehut.com. Good choice of clothing, fantastic prices, and the free shipping is something you don't get almost anywhere else.
It would be great if I could use more coupons in one order - which would be better for the shop as well.
As a regular customer of The Hut I would not fault the service I recieve from them. The bargains on clothing especially but on many other goods too. The delivery never takes more than a few days and is invariably free of charge. I would highly reccomend The Hut and intend to continue my custom with them.
It's just the sort of site you need. All sorts of quality gear at really good prices with sales almost every other week. Most products are free UK delivery and the customer services are prompt to attend to you. I guess its the combination you always look for online.

I ordered a small amount of clothing from hut for the first time. I was happy with the prices so continued my order. When i received the goods I realised they were too small, all I wanted to do was to exchange them for the next size up, however when trying to find a way to do this it was very difficult. I looked through the website but could not find an exact number or email address. I then emailed customer services and have not heard since. I now have the items still in the packaging, with no response and money wasted!
I have been searching for quite a while for a shop which is easy to use, cheap and the most imporant of all - Reliable. There aren't that many shops that have all of these today, though Thehut.com is one of those shop who you can rely on. My first order from them was Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, back in 2011, and since then, they are the main site I order from and I am a returning costumer.
And as a frequent costumer, from time to time they reward me and send a 10% coupon to my e-mail which is always a nice surprise. In orders of £40 for example, which is usually the cost of a new PS3 game, 4 pounds are quite a discount!
Orders are usually being dispatched fast, they arrive quickly enough, and the international shipping cost is only £1 (UK shipping is free). They have bargains, offers and clearances pretty often, so you can always check their website for these.
