I felt TheHut was a great place to shop for men's clothes online. Some of the discount offers are excellent.
Have bought from The Hut a few times now and found shopping with them easy on the pocket. Lots of items to choose from and really competitive prices.
I buy a lot of stuff from the Hut and am always pleased with the products and service. Would definitely recommend for a bargain!!
I've been using the hut for years and have got no complaints. Cheap prices, free delivery and lots of sales. What more could you ask for?

The website has some really good deals on and have brands and styles which i can't find in my town centre. I've recommended thehut to a few people as they've commented on what i have been wearing.
Very complicated ordering on line missed out on free gifts not explained properly .no contact phone numbers e mail takes ages to reply.

Great online store with friendly helpful staff. Always receive my items pretty quickly. I did have an instance where an item was lost in the post, but there is a simple procedure to follow where you can get a refund or another sent out. Returns are very straight forward too where you can print off a label and take it to your local post office and send it back for free. Just remember to ask for a proof of posting.
Easy website to browse through. With very competitive prices. This is a store I visit regularly.

The Hut used to be my first choice website as it had extremely competitive prices. However, I had an experience where I was charged for a product that was never received. Customer service was no help and I ended up £27 out of pocket.
In fact, the order (placed on 31st March 2011) is still showing as 'processing' in my account and the item I was charged for but never received is showing an estimated dispatch date of 27th January 2012. If anybody can explain this to me then I'm happy to listen.
Since this situation I have largely avoided The Hut which has been pretty easy as their prices aren't particularly competitive anymore consistently bettered by Amazon and Sainsbury's Entertainment.
My order was very good for the money. Could not believe what I got for my money. I would defo buy from the hut again. Thanks again

Mostly when a deal comes up, if you are fast enough, you get a great price and the delivery time is not too long. They don't seem to do exchanges though if you order a wrong size, just refunds, hence the reason for 4 stars.
The best experience. Fast, easy, great deals everyday. Never had a bad experience yet. They even email you when an order has not been fully purchased or has not been dispatched.
The Hut is an excellent online retailer with a great range of different products all at superb prices. The prices easily compete with other retailers, and in many cases surpass them! They offer a great choice of new products and deals so its always good to come back and check them out so you don't miss out. Delivery is always swift and they offer great promotions as an incentive to shop with them.
i have made several purchases from the Hut and been more than happy. however i recently purchased a Bench sweater with a special\ offer free T shirt, theT Shirt never arrived and try as I might The Hut are not interested as the offer has now expired.
Buy at your own risk, you'll be happy with the goods as long as you don't have any issues

I placed an order on February 20th. A couple of weeks after the order should have been sent, I contacted customer service. I had to fill in a form and I emailed it to them on March 18th. It was mailed without problems. After mailing the customer service again a couple of weeks later (April 12th), they told me they didn't receive the email. I had to send the form AGAIN. But again, they didn't receive it. I was told to send the mail to the e-mailaddress of an employee of the customer service on May 7th. Until now (May 22nd) I still didn't receive any reply or status update. Very very bad service!!
Cannot fault thehut.com , i ordered a pair of esperdrils for £6.99. No postage cost and came within 2 days. Very happy, and will buy again from thehut.com
I am very pleased with this site. I've already ordered three times from there. They send items very quickly, always well packed. They also put discount coupons with each purchase, but unfortunately I can not use them because these stores are not available in my country. The Hut sells quality items at excellent prices.

I place my order on 8th May for The Hobbit for my Dads birthday which was on Saturday still not received the item.
I placed the order on Saturday and since then, have had repeated messages regarding payment problems.
I amended the type of card (in case, they didn't recognise it as a Visa Debit card) 3 times and made sure all the details were correct.... and it's still doing sweet fa.
The number given on the email just takes you through to a recording.... which tells you to go online.
I left a message on there (and also fb and twitter) and eventually got a reply.... but that's implying that I'm trying to pay via PayPal, which isn't the case.
I need the order for Friday and it doesn't look like this is gonna get resolved anytime soon.
The offer I went for looked good, but not so good that it's worth all this hassle.
Edit: As mentioned in my comment earlier, I cannot fault their customer service, once they looked into the problem.
They were helpful and on the ball and made me feel comfortable with the idea of ordering from them again in the future.
My son was thrilled to open the parcel. It arrived well before we were expecting it. Very prompt in delivery, very pleased with the service

I only found out about The Hut in the last few years but have used them many times. They have great quality clothing at unbeatable prices! I have transformed my collection of clothes from TheHut. The free option of delivery can be quite slow but this can be expected,as quicker options are available. I would recommend The Hut to anyone!
I received my package within 3 days and was very happy with how it was packed up and presented, theitem was neatly folded and ready to wear straight away. It was an easy transaction and i am very happy with the service they provided.
Used them many times in the past and always been impressed by their pricing and delivery times, they've always been helpful and quick to sort out any issues. Great products and prices reflect an equally great company.
Always happy with thehut and had a few orders on sister sites too. Cheap prices and for me always good service

Good products at good prices but website is designed to make it VERY hard to arrange a return (clothes in my example). It's the website equivalent of those automated call centres where you have to jump through a million hoops before you actually get the option you want. I'd only ever purchase from the HUT again if I was 95% certain I wouldn't need to return the products ie not clothes

fantastic fast efficient reliable and great value for money.
No problems with order. Easy and straightforward.
The only issue I have is with the courier, who saw fit to throw my package some 20' onto my back lawn where it sat for goodness knows how long, as s/he couldn't be bothered to at least pop a note through my letterbox to say where it was!
My front door is fully accessible, and the rear garden gates were open - they could've left it by the back door, but no, lobbing it across the grass was easier. I suspect it was thrown from the van whilst driving past, so the lazy tinker didn't even need to get out. What a tool!
Other than that, good service from TheHut.
Will defiantly use again, got a whole new wardrobe of t shirts for 70 quid.

Was looking for a plain grey hoodie and was very pleased with the free socks as a bonus. Quality of the items was great and I wouldn't find a better price. Only (minor) quibble is that the hoodie arrived a week after the socks.
