I got a really good deal on some lovely Hunter Wellies, which after a painless online shopping experience, arrived well packaged and really quickly. I also had free gifts with the order, a Betty Boop eye mask and some mini mouse slouch socks. I will probably not use either very often. Whilst I appreciate this gesture of free gifts (The Hut palming off tat?!) I would really prefer to have the value of the free gifts knocked off the product I'm buying! Otherwise, great!
Considering they have such low prices, the hut is very good. However, some of the pictures do not look the same as they do in real life and sizing is defiantly a problem (massive!). But I'd say overall, they have very good quality, great clothes and a great range of clothing for the prices they're sold at! :)
My item (Order No. 35373465) which I ordered on 4 January was despatched via Yodel on 6 January . tracking confirmed that it was at Yodel's Borehamwood Service Centre on 8 January but it has not been delivered. Yodel have searched for it and declared it lost. Unable to contact The Hut by phone. I've had no reply to my e-mails 20 & 28 January to firstname.lastname@example.org. I accept that the problem has been caused by the carriers, Yodel, but I'd hoped for better service from The Hut. Bob Boyce
Ordered some trousers as they had free t-shirt offer. Realised after ordering that I was supposed to choose a t-shirt and add before end. No problem I thought just reorder immediately with it added and cancel the other order. It was 11pm at night so emailed to cancel 5 minutes after order. Within a few minutes email from the hut saying too late as order finalised. After a few emails asking not ti send , just got impersonal emails saying just return at your own expense when it arrives. I did say if they sent me the free t-shirt separately all good. But same response ... send it back on receipt. This company needs to improve customer service asap. Cost £5 to return on a £20 spend.

I Purchased a Berghaus Jacket recently that has exceeded all expectations. The communication and delivery time were very prompt from "The Hut" and the Berghaus jacket I purchased had 60% off!!......so good was my first order that I placed a second order for the same jacket!
I would recommend the Hut, and associated companies to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices. The only thing that lets them down is the returns service, or more accurately the cost of returns. Maybe they could consider the myHermes returns system that only costs £3 ?
Way too small on arms but too big on body! I bought the xs as I am a size 6-8. Body was fine but you would need arms like a 10 year old, they just have no give. Being a winter coat like most people you wear layers, not with this coat! Even with naked arms its too tight. So if like me you wear a standard 6-8 you would be better not buying at all as the arms may fit in a larger size but the body would be massive. Hope this helps.
I bought 2 jumpers. They arrived within a week & they are brilliant. They look so good on my son that he is wearing them all the time. He reluctantly gave up one to be washed today but demanded it back as soon as it is dry. Washes brilliantly doesn't lose shape. I will be buying more.
I bought this item as a birthday gift but will not be able to give it as the box is so damaged I gave had deliveries from The Hut before and everything has been fine The problem with thus one is there was another item attached to the box by an elastic band This caused the box to collapse Not very happy
Highly recommend viewing the products available on the hut. Great value for money with prices not many if anyone can compete with. And free delivery is brillant with mist sites incurring a minimum spend for free delivery catch. My product arrived 2 days after purchase and overall I am extremely satisfied and intending on purchasing items in the future from the hut!
I had ordered two pair of rockport shoes . The items have arrived on time, however one the pair of shoes has a rub on the surface (like a sandpaper rub) which makes the that pair unwearable. I would like to add that the other footwear is in good condition. The item arrived in time. The price of the product was also quite good compared to other online retail sites.
The customer service is looking at my return request. I had earlier given 2 stars as I could not find a way to connect with the team. If the hut could make it easy to return item, I would give them 5 stars
