Found exactly what I was looking for
I needed some particular switches to match some existing ones, found just the ones I needed and although they aren't the same make as my originals nobody would know, they were delivered quickly and a good price too!

Wrong Colour Shades and Wonky Lights
I ordered a pair of wall lights which were poorly made, the fitting was considerably out of alignment with the wall plate. I also asked for the 'bundle' white shades were exchanged for cream ones, this was ignored. I emailed customer service immediately upon opening sending a photo of WONKY FITTINGS and saying they had sent the WRONG SHADES and to date I have heard nothing. The delivery was the day after I received email confirmation. I hope that they resolve the problem and if they do not reply soon I will telephone them and ask for a full refund.

Good price,shame about the wait!
I found the price for the items I was wanting to be very competitive, I ordered the items on a Thursday only to find that their courier doesn't work weekends, thankfully I had also ordered items at the same time off one of their competitors and they did deliver at weekends,allowing me to continue with the job without to much downtime. It would have been 5 stars if they used a courier that worked in the 21st century!

Easy to use website and speedy delivery
Very impressed with the navigation around the website, the detailed specifications for even the simplest products and the ease with which the process was completed.
Received email notifications regarding my order and tracking information and the items I purchased were dispatched promptly.
The items were well packaged so that they couldn't be damaged in transit and overall I have been very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again for any electrical needs!

Though my £100+ worth order is yet to be delivered, I am asked to complete this survey
Part 1: No response to my e-mail communication regarding the undelivered order - what a disgrace! If it does not arrive tomorrow I'll have to contact the issuer of the credit card used to pay for the order. My order was placed on the 3rd of May with its delivery promised to be within 2-3 working days.
Part 2: On the 10th of May 2013, having received a vague statement, providing the earliest arrival of the ordered switches to the retailer's office, I asked to replace just one of the ordered two switches with alternative model if available for immediate dispatch. However, two alternative switches were delivered!
Part 3: On the 16th of May I was supposed to receive one outstanding switch as per the original order. However, today is the 18th of May and the switch is yet to be delivered whilst there is no response to my e-mail sent yesterday to the company customer services :( The good news: earlier this week I was promised a partial refund for the price difference (hence I increase the service rating to 2 stars), but it is again yet to reach my credit card account.

Disappointed
Ordered a lampshade which arrived with considerable damage. The box was undamaged which suggests the item was packed this way. On contacting the store told we had to send it back (at our expense initially - although we have been assured this WILL be refunded in line with distance selling regulations). They will not send us a replacement one until the faulty one is sent back. All in all a poor experience as wanted the lampshade in advance of a family gathering in our new home. Thought I would be treated better if I bought direct instead of through eBay which is a shame.
The whole episode may have been avoided if the stock had been checked prior to dispatch! Hoping the replacement will arrive ASAP but kind of a bit late for the party!

I am sorry for the item arriving damaged. We are unable to check every item before we dispatch due to the quantity we sell, and we assume that once the order has arrived from the supplier that it would be in a sellable condition, but I take your point on board.
We have a returns policy where we need to have the faulty item back as we have had people not return the "faulty" item. We know have a free post system so to send the item back would cost you no additional costs.

Easy, quick, a good product
Needed some small shades for the wall lights in the hallway, which did not break the bank. These work a treat and look good. I will be using this site again for further rooms in the future.

The item I ordered came the next working day without asking for quick delivery. It looks and feels sophisticated, was simple to fit, and worked just as claimed without any hitch.
I chose one of the simpler remote switches, but would not hesitate to progress onto a more complex system.
