So easy to Use
Needed a power cable super fast, LPSS suggested a suitable cable and had it with me the next day for a reasonable cost. Certainly quicker and easier than going to Currey's, PC World or any of thos other huge organisations that just dont care a whit about you except how much money you're spending. LPSS may not be the cheapest but they certainly give you your money's worth in customer service. High street you certainly could learn from this outfit....

Super fast delivery, very pleased
My ancient laptop battery was lasting just 30 minutes, being an old laptop I couldn't get a replacement from the original manufacturer and had no idea where to go for a replacement.
Found the laptop power supply shop through a search and then read the reviews for them which convinced me to buy from them.
Ordered my battery on a Sunday received it on the following Tuesday. Instructions say it can take 3-4 charges before working to full capacity, but the battery I received seemed perfect from the very first use.
Fortunately it's not something I need to buy very often but would definitely use Laptop Power Supply Shop again.

Unrliealbe!
Although the product I ordered works. I ordered from you because you state that if I order before 4.30 then I would get next day delivery. I really needed to receive this item the next day, but unfortunately even though I paid the extra when I ordered it on Thursday the item did not arrive until Monday morning! Not exactly what you promised.
So rather dissappointed.

I'm sorry you were let down with regards to your delivery. The majority of our orders are delivered on time with many of our standard deliveries reaching their destination much sooner than expected.
Unfortunately we rely in 3rd party couriers to deliver our orders and sometimes there are issues beyond our control that prevent deliveries being made.

does not work
the item was sent quickly, however the laptop charger is temperamental - I have to wiggle it around for it to charge the laptop. I do not expect to pay a large amount of money for something that only works when it wants to. Either send me another out or refund please, as I am far from as I am far from from satisfied with this purchase.

After communications with the customer it turns out it was the customers laptop that was faulty and not our charger.
The customer has asked us to exchange the charger for a different one for a different laptop which we have agreed to do.

Website is very easy to use as you can search for the specific laptop model you need - in my case a Toshiba Equium L40-10x. Some other vendors only give you a generic laptop model or have incomplete laptop lists. This is complete so we have no doubt that you have the right charger.
i was impressed by the email follow ups telling me that the order had been processed and then despatched. The charger was competitively priced. Ordered Thursday lunchtime and despatched at 5.26 same day. The charger arrived Saturday am even though I had only chosen 3-5 day delivery. Charger works fine.

The website made it easy to find the exact item I was looking for quickly. Once I had ordered and paid for the item I later realised I had put in the wrong delivery address, so I emailed them to ask them to change it. To be honest I expected the email would go to some automatic response service, and that there would be a huge kerfuffle and it would be delayed/go to the wrong place but actually I got a very speedy, polite and friendly reply from a member of staff to tell me they had changed the address no problem. It arrived the next day to the right address. I was very impressed!

Brilliant First Class Service!

Ordered a replacement battery for my Sony Vaio E-series laptop. Battery delivered promptly as advertised. Initially had a problem as the software to be installed for the replacement battery appeared to be incompatible with my laptop. Telephoned the Sales desk who immediately emailed me a link to download an earlier version of the software which worked first time. Very impressed with the service received.

Product Works, but late, with zero Customer Service
Product Works fine, but delivery and speed was important to me. I selected next day delivery and it came 3 days later. I sent the following email and had no response hence the 1 star.
Dear laptoppowersupply,
I selected next day delivery on this. Understand that some extreme circumstances may mean it's not delivered on the next day (17th), but it was not delivered yesterday either (18th) and I need it asap for work please.
Can you update me on where this is, make special arrangements to fast track it, and look at refunding the p&p I paid please?

A quick trawl of the web via Google found The Laptop Power Shop. Their system was easy to use and I soon found a replacement for my Advent at a very good price and free delivery.
I was expecting a delay as it was near Christmas but no problem it was there in two days. The charger and leads are a direct replacement and work fine.

First time success
worked stright of the box, but shame locking lugs had to be trimed due to moulding fault but this is common with all replacement batteries even dell units but only took 2 mins, unlike others i have had it charged first time and after 4 cycles reached peak of capacity. Extremley happy and will order again from here.
