Pity the Post Office do not leave parcels with neighbours though, could be a reason for choosing another parcel service, but a minor observation on such a slick operation.

After a search locally, my questions were answered immediately
I was having difficulty trying to buy some specific light bulbs. I was told time after time that it was now impossible to get the type I wanted. Deciding to do a search on-line I came across The Light Bulb Company. Wow! they had got just what I wanted and after ordering, within three days they were in my possession.
I will certainly be going back to them in the future.

You recovered very well following initial breakages
Initial delivery included 50% breakages which annoyed me, but the recovery was first class with replacements sent without difficulty and a partial credit given.

I have seen the light!
Now I know where to get light bulbs online. Everything arrived very professionally packaged. The website's good too - you can see pictures of fittings, which was especially useful when looking for replacement bulbs for our wall lights which have a smaller screw fitting. Using The Light Bulb Company's site, I was able to find the correct bulbs & fittings really quickly.

Just what you want from a light bulb shop.
I needed a non-standard replacement bulb for an aquarium but had no reference number or any way of identifying it. The descriptions and pictures on the site narrowed down the options quickly so that I found exactly what I needed and it was delivered safely (although I must confess I was a bit concerned about it being sent as a 'large letter') within a matter of days. Not the cheapest place about, when you factor the postage in, but certainly excellent service that's worth paying a bit extra for.

Needed to find the correct light tube fitting, this web site covered a large range and I was able to find the correct one. Easy order system and fast delivery with well protected packaging, less likely to break.

Absolutely fine.
Quick and efficient to deal with order despite nil stock of one item (refunded straight away) and a broken bulb (refund or replacement offered straight away, no quibble). Order arrived very next day and I don't think I ordered until the afternoon.

I have used The Light Bulb Company for a couple of years and I have always been able to find what I need on their website. I am not a fan of wandering around DIY shops trying to find the right bulbs so this company is perfect for me!
