Ordered two Liberta Voyager cages Wednesday morning, they were delivered Friday morning, no problems with assembly. Parrots totally happy with their new homes. Would definitely use Theonlinepetstore again.

Have been using The Online Pet Store for some time to buy bedding/substrate for my tortoise.
Products are identical to that sold in my local pet shop but much cheaper.
Have never had a problem with either the products or delivery.
My only complaint would be that sometimes the products are not in stock.

Very unhappy with service, they said they would call me back they didnt,it has been 2 weeks for my order to finaly be delivered,they took money from my account as soon as i ordered, after several phone calls i was told the order would be with me the next day (friday ) or the following monday, it did not arrive, then i got email saying that they would contact me when they sort it out (no explaning what they were sorting out) i really thought i was going to loose my money and was very upset ,i phoned in the evening to complain and i got a very nice lady who was very understanding she passed on a message requesting a manager to phone me back it was the same person i had spoken to befor he now said royal mail had lost my parcel, and they were sending me another out, i recieved my goods yesterday,i will not trade with this company ever.Mrs B, South Yorkshire
Ordered a large bid cage online on Wednesday evening as the price was competitive and delivery was free. Although the delivery tracker said that the order had only been acknowledged on the Thursday, it was delivered Friday afternoon intact and complete. We had no prior notification by the courier firm that it was to be delivered and in accordance with our online instructions, it was given to a neighbour to look after. Job well done!
I ordered a pair of snow boots for my dog and received an email a couple of days later letting me know that they didn't actually have any stock. I was told the boots would arrive the following week. However, when the boots had still not arrived I chased them up and was told they were expected the following day. By this point, it was too late, the boots would not arrive in time for what I needed them for, so I cancelled the order. I am now 3 weeks down the line, still awaiting a refund. I am now trying to recover costs through paypal. A very dissapointing experience with this company. If it weren't for the good reviews I have read, I would believe I had been scammed. I definitely won't be using these people again.

I have no complaints or any negative comments to make with regards to this company, i ordered a very large rat cage and found the whole process ran smoothly. Order was placed mid afternoon on the tuesday, received an email saying it had been dispatched on the thursday morning, however the item had in fact been delivered an hour before the email was sent. Whilst this is excellent service, especially considering i had free delivery, it was a bit of an inconvenience as i wasnt actually in when the cage was delivered, meaning my poor neighbours had two massive boxes taking up the majority of their front room. However this doesnt really detract from the great service i received, the only things that could potentially be improved is the way in which we are informed of the progress of our orders, obviously the email regarding the dispatch had been sent out late and i found it a bit odd how i had to reply to them once my item had been delivered to let them know.
However as i have already said, i received great customer service and the price of the item i ordered was much cheaper than elsewhere, especially considering the free delivery. I look forward to using this company again in the future.
Bought a bird cage which is excellent quality. The price was the best we found. Staff were very helpful on the phone. Delivery was on time and was left in our garage as requested. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.
Best prices I could find for the products I ordered.Delivery for me was with 2 different couriers (1 per product).......I was told that the couriers would contact me prior to delivery.....they didn't (one company told me that service is extra!). One company left the goods in my greenhouse - fine ......the other didn't, and it lead to a 40 mile round trip to collect the parcel.
One of the products is superb........the other although fine is not of such good quality........as with many cheap products it is made in China and some of the bolts etc don't quite fit.........but after a bit of a fight I got it eventually! But I suppose you only get what you pay for!
Minor quibbles really.......and I would use them again.
The only problem i had was with the item delivery - i was told that the courier would contact me which never happened. When i chased this with customer service at the online pet store by phone i was promised a callback which never happened. I then called back and was told that my item should have been delivered the day before but not to worry as they guaranteed they would deliver the item within the next couple of hours - again this did not happen. Frustratedly i decided to email instead the next day to receive a non apologetic email stating that my item would be delivered the following day.
I fully appreciate that once they despatch an item it is then in the hands with the courier but i feel this could have been handled better by the customer service advisors by at least apologising at the fact that i never received a callback that was promised and never received my item even though he guaranteed it within the 2 hour slot that he stated. A 'sorry' does go along way in customer satisfaction as does not giving out misleading information and setting realistic standards in regards to delivery time scales.
The best price I was able to find online for the item I ordered. Unfortunately after placing the order the item was out of stock however I was quickly contacted & notified of the stock issue & offered an alternative. Really helpful, great value!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The service offered was first class. When the parrot cage I purchased developed a fault the level of cusotomer assistance offered to me in sorting the fault was excellent. Very often companies will offer a good service until the point of sale, thereafter they have no interest in you. That was not the case with theonlinepetstore. 10/10
I knew the product was good- I already had one, but when the Memphis 3 Bird cage was a long time coming back into stock, Katie kept me informed at every stage which made all the difference.
My little bird and I are thrilled with the cage - what a pity the producers didn't incorporate a shelf on the stand as in other designs.

Item arrived very quicky and well packaged. Unfortunately the worng size was sent at first. Once quick call to the 24/7 customer support line resolved the issue - the wrong item was collected and a new item delivered within 48 hours.
Dog loves the bed - seems to be decent quality and durable - time will tell as our lazy lady spends a lot of time on it.
The first item I order I had to negotiate the price as they claim to price match but this is not so.
The item had to be returned and it took a substantial time to obtain a refund.
The second item which I order over the phone and asked three times if they had the correct info - the wrong item was sent. Unhelpful staff who could not be bothered to phone me back and get a replacement out in time. I am still waiting for the collection of this item and a refund.
I will definately be using Petsonline again. Their service was excellent and when I had cause to phone them... nothing was too much trouble. Customer service is to be highy commended and their products reliable.
The order of the parrot cage was not only a very reasonable price (cheapest on line & everywhere else I had looked), arrived so quickly & all was perfect I was was very very pleased with it.
Will most definately be using Theonlinepetstoreagain.
I have also recommended it to several people.
