Brilliant customer service, great prices, low cost postage, will definately use again
Ordered a pair of North Face walking boots, much cheaper than elsewhere, asked about VAT free for HM Forces overseas and prompt replies to all my questions. They came quickly and did everything I asked for. All in all a shop that looks after it's customers which is rare these days. Will bookmark them and use again for outdoor clothing and equipment. A very good shop *****

Great product, great delivery
Product was the cheapest available on the internet, probably because of an additional 15% off, but still cheap without it. Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Thursday. would definitely recommend and will use again

Great price, fast service
I ordered the boots on a Sunday evening, easily best price online. They arrived 2.00pm on the Wednesday. Sure you need to try boots on first but ahem, I had already done that a major high street retailer !

Excellent service
I found this website on google whilst looking for a present, the gift I wanted had 10% off so was cheaper than other stockists, I received an email promptly to say the order had been received and another to say it had been dispatched. It has arrived no problems whatsoever. I'm just hoping my daughter likes it too

Great Price, Fast Delivery
Price was spot on, delivery is quite expensive compared with some, if I'm being completely honest, but delivery speed was very good - purchase arrived in a couple of days. If the price offsets the delivery costs, it's worth it and I'd definitely use the company again. Overall, very happy with their service.

Gasherbrum Jacket
Unbelievable quality of product from the Outdoor Shop. I was dubious at first as the site stated 'sample' with no care instructions but at the price on offer (well below half price), who cares. Jacket arrived promptly and well packaged in a couple of days. The sites online ordering system is easy to follow and does its job with a confirmation email and order tracking facility. The jacket itself is amazing, I have never owned a down item before but I am now converted. The warmth factor is off the scale yet manageable, one does not get overly hot unless physical activity is being undertaken. At its most perfect when just chilling around camp or standing for long periods. An example of its warmth efficiency, I slept in a hammock at a recent Arms Fair and once sorted, placed the jacket at my feet, it was probably the warmest nights sleep I have ever experienced outdoors. The general feeling of super warm toasty feet was without doubt a definite moral booster but I did end up having to open the sleeping bag as I was overheating. In hindsight, the jacket will be outside next time, its just so good. I will certainly be purchasing again from The Outdoor Shop.

WIll never use this site again
The parcel was not delivered and after a week I had to make a number of calls just to find out that it is waiting for me in the local post office.
No one left me a delivery attempt note, nor gave me a call nor live me a note that I need to pick up the parcel from the post office. I could not pick up the parcel before i go away
