Shocking Company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some perfume on 31st March and by 28th June have still not received my goods. I have tried on several occasions to contact the company and initially they responded with a number of excuses (out of stock, will be dispatched today, colleague not placed order correctly etc etc), but now they have taken to ignorning me. You cannot contact them by telephone (no surprise there!), only by email. Eventually I have run out of patience with the company and have contacted my credit card provider who, thankfully, will be reimbursing me for the £40 I had stolen from these charlatans. I thought I had done enough research to ensure they were a legitimate company, however, I have since found many websites with complaints relating to them. You would expect a company who are displaying 'Internet Shopping Safe' signs and 'Verified by Visa' logos etc would be legitimate, but take heed, they are not and they will not deliver your goods. I will be taking this matter further with Trading Standards as I feel very strongly that this company should be closed down and prevented from stealing from customers.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the other reviewers. I too have not received my goods after 6 weeks. I requested a refund as the goods were no longer available, but this has not arrived either and I have had no response from Perfume Superstore despite repeated emails. it appears that I have lost my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances.

Clearly a bunch of con-artists. Over 2 months and no goods and no refund as promised. Will try to get money back from Barclaycard. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

CONTACT BBC1's WATCHDOG

I've not received my purchases and a month is now up. After two weeks I emailed them....no reply.
Another week and another email....still no reply.
I can't even find a telephone number for them.
After that first 2 weeks I googled the name and it's only then did I realise that I've ( probably ) been cheated out of my money after seeing SO MANY bad reviews from dissatisfied customers.

I have, today Thursday 26/05/2011, contacted BBC1's WATCHDOG to investigate this Company.

I advise others to do likewise.

Meanwhile, I still live in hope.......

Fraudlent company

Do not use. took payment. but no goods. They use every excuse under the sun. going through visa to get money back. avoid these muppets like the plague.

Took the money, delivered NOTHING!

Ordered in February, confirmation received and money taken straight away. Then nothing. Despite their web site saying they will respond within 24 hours I have had no replies to any emails. So I have called regularly, giving them a chance to act between each call. I have been told “I’ll send it today”; “It has been sent”; “Oh, I WILL send it today”; “I’ll ring you back before 5 today”. People who take your money but do not provide the goods, make totally inaccurate and misleading statements, have no idea about Customer Service do not deserve your custom. Go Elsewhere!

Got to be the worst company I have ever tried to deal with.
It is now the 30th March, I ordered some after shave for a present on the 11th March.After two weeks it had not arrived, so on the 26th March I chased it and was promised an immeadiate tracked delivery. I find today that they do not have stock of this item at all, I await to find out when I get a refund! at present I do not have a lot of hope. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . They appologise, promise the earth, but do not deliver .

Appalling - avoid!

Took payment straight away, but 3 weeks later, still no goods, no confirmation of dispatch, no explanation of the delay and no reply to my email querying what was going on. Totally unacceptable!

A bunch of cowboys. Please avoid them by all means.

This company is the worst that I've had the misfortune of shopping with in recent times.

They adveritse cheap perfumes, are quick to take your money and never deliver on time despite repeated phone calls to their 08450949799 premium rate number.

They do not reply to email messages and their staff at the best of times do not seem to care about making sure that your concerns are dealt with professionally. Answering questions about the status of your order seem like a bother to them

Had to cancel my order after more than three weeks of endless wait for a 2-4 days promised delivery time, with three phone calls to their premium rate number to boot.

They are just a bunch of clueless cowboys masquerading as a serious business. Shop with them if you're prepared to wait forever. What an unserious lot.
