Delivery charge con
Says free delivery, But when i ordered i had to pay £6 delivery as my order wasn't over £70. How many people are going to spend over £70, Could have posted my item at couple of ££. Also took a while to come, next day would have been nice.

First class service
After having a problem ordering on the website I rang up to place my order for a radiator. The order was dealt with quickly and my radiator arrived within two days. The price was 20% cheaper that the next nearest price on the web. The combination of that and the fast and efficient service mean I will certainly use this site again if I can, although it seems to be offline at the moment.

Terrible service!
I ordered a Toilet Pan Connector two weeks ago (25th March '13) and I still have not recieved it. Item was clasified as in stock. After may order was placed I shold have got an email within 48 hrs of my confirmed delivery - so far nothing!
I have now had no working toilet for two weeks!

Rubbish service
Order took ages to arrive - actually still hasn't arrived 2.5 weeks after being placed - whole build schedule is broken. Shouldn't have asked for feedback before fulfilment.
Cheap and you get exactly what you pay for - will never use again.
Would not have chosen to award even the single star that the survey software insists on.

The personal touch
I talked to a young lady who was really engaging, and actually managed to help me order an item, as the website was down. Can't put my finger on it, but it was like going into a family shop. Item nicely packaged, in brown paper and handwritten !! Anyway, enough nostalgia. Good product range and excellent service in a nutshell. Definately use again.

They debited my credit card and then told me they couldn't deliver to my Scottish location!
Placed my order online and the sale went through smoothly. Because I live on an island of the North West coast of Scotland I checked their post code delivery locator and was to be charged £6 carriage which I was quite happy to pay. My credit card was debited for the item + carriage. The following day I received an email telling me they couldn't deliver to my location. over a week later I had to email them because they hadn't credited the monies back to my credit card!!!

The PlumbStore offers free delivery on all orders, due to the ever increasing cost of processing an order a minimum order value charge of £6.00 plus vat will be added to all orders under £75.00 excluding vat. Delivery is to mainland UK only however, there may be an additional delivery charge to some remote parts of Scotland.

Very informative ordering ... then pinpoint delivery!
I'd recommend Theplumbstore - I'd never ordered radiators before but felt confident that there were real people behind the website. After the familiar basket checkout & payment stage, I was able to email then speak to customer services to make particular delivery arrangements. This happened exactly as requested on the promised date. The stylish Stelrad radiators were delivered safely packed and are now installed in my house.

Very good service at a very competetive price
I am never surprised at the variance in prices when shopping on the net but to make a £50 saving is a bargain. No issues other than, I wasn't made aware that my package had been despatched until it arrived. (promptly it has to be said)

Fantastic prices, but need more informaion.
The plumbstore appears to have everything that I needed and was ordered ok. I got the first email confirmation and all seemed it was going well. I have read reports that items haven't been delivered or even that the wrong item was sent. this did not effect me and everything I ordered turned up. However be prepared for a waiting game. I recieved no emails about my delivery and when it was expected. The delivery did turn up but a day later than I thought. The plumbstore need to improve their systems for letting the customer know what's happening. I did feel as if I was left hanging a bit.

Superb service
Placed the order on the website for a new radiator. This was the cheapest price I found and the company fullfilled everything you would expect. Communication was excellent, from placing the order to when it would be delivered and by what means. Quality item sent out via courier and delivered when they said they would. Superb all round service. Will definately use again if i need items in the future.

Good Product, Good Price, Quick Delivery
I purchased this product from the plumbstore because it was exactly what I needed and a good make. It was cheaper than I could buy it from my local plumber's merchant, where I have an account! It was delivered quickly and the company's communications were good. If the prices remain competitive I will definitely use again.

Easy to use web site and very speedy service
I found the website very easy to use and very comprehensive. Once the order was placed I was kept informed of the situation throughout, including being phoned on the day of delivery to agree a time. It was delivered within 48 hours of initial order.

The radiator i ordered arrived safe and sound and is now installed and functioning. My only sight qualification is that it took rather longer to arrive than I had originally hoped, so do factor that into your installation plans when ordering...

this company advertise service it cannot fulfil
I ordered a ecoclic tap which was advertised as "available ready for rapid dispatch"
eleven days later I called them only to be told "they were waiting for it" whenI complained that I only ordered it from them because of "rapid dispatch"they sent me the wrong tap after further complaint they again sent me the wrong tap I only went to plumbstore through recommendation.
I certainly will not be using them again and certainly cannot recommend them.

Totally incompetent, avoid if you value your sanity.
Website proudly states "ready for rapid dispatch!", but it seems that this means they haven't actually got any and it'll take a long time for them to get it. I placed my order on the 4th of December, and it was finally shipped on the 13th - guess they must have paid for a redefinition of the word rapid.
Staff on the phone had no idea what was going on, would routinely say whatever they thought I wanted to hear and consistently promised that "it's going out tomorrow" when it never was. I was promised next-day delivery but instead it went out as standard parcels.
In short, avoid if at all possible.
