No problem with this Plumb Store!!

Ordered the part on 26th December it was dispatched on 3rd Jan and Arrived on 5th Jan which was pretty good considering the address was incomplete (our fault not Plumb store) and it was posted 2nd class ( credit to Royal Mail). This would be our only issue because we were charged £6 p&p and the actual postage cost was only £2.20. However it was the correct part, well packaged, it was fitted by my son within half of being delivered and is working no problems! Will definately use this site again should we need any more plumbing parts and we would recommend it to others.

what a big box

received the shower rail, was expecting small box with multi sections in like i have seen elsewhere, but no it was a 6 foot by 4 foot box with a full U shaped rail in, and what quality its way better than others i have looked at and cheeper too, very impressed and it went up quickly too.

Make sure that the item is in stock, if you need it quickly.

Never used this company before, but their prices were much lower than the competition.

However, the radiator was listed as "in stock", but after I had ordered it, I rang the company to check on delivery and they said that the supplier would be closed until after Christmas, suggesting that the item was not in stock.

I received an email to say that the radiator would be delivered on the 8th January (ordered 22nd December), which, even taking the Christmas break into account was a long lead time.

The radiator was actually delivered on the 2nd January.

So a mixed experience, but successful in the end.

All customers are notified by email of the proposed delivery date, if the delivery date is not convenient then we will change the proposed date. The proposed delivery date is Friday 4th January.

I ordered 2 radiators and having looked at the website I called the order line to ensure they were in stock and could be delivered when I wanted them. The staff were very helpful and the radiators arrived quickly. The price was the most competitive I could find online or from a merchant.

Would never use again.

I ordered an item on Sunday afternoon. Received an email at 6pm the following Tuesday;

We have recently received your order for the Santon Premier Plus PP150E Direct Unvented Cylinder. Unfortunately we do not have this product in stock and will not be able to supply the product. We apologise for the inconvenience and will process your refund ASAP.

Please allow 2-4 days depending on your bank.

The item has now been removed from the website and all prices have went up for the different size models.

After ordering I had arranged a plumber for the end of the week to come and install the item. Delivery was apparently 2-3 days, so the item should have come on Tuesday/Wednesday even Thursday or Friday would have been fine, yet I didn't receive the email to say the item was no longer available until 6pm Tuesday. This has set me back by over 3 weeks as I had to reorder this item from another website and delivery is not until the second of January and my plumber is unavailable until the week after.

I have still to receive a refund, it has been 12 days since I placed my order. Making things worse the website would not take my card details so I had to use PayPal which will add another 3-5 days onto getting my money back once I actually receive my refund.

This whole situation should have been avoided by stock levels and the website being kept up to date. I would advise anyone to keep clear of this website and have a look about on trustpilot prior to purchasing from these online retailers.

Service as it should be . excellent communication, automatic, but set up properly so it comes across as professional. Only comment:- Bought a radiator, your site didn't say it included brackets but manufacturers did, might save queries/lost sales if the description says this (unless I missed it)

Dishonest in regard to stock levels

Claimed to have item in stock then when I called to find out why it hasn't dispatched they told me it would be two weeks!

Placed an order for a vertical K2 radiator on 12 Dec 2012 when the website said the item was available for rapid dispatch. Received an email later that day saying delivery would be 8th Jan 2013!!. 4 bloody weeks??? Not what i call rapid!!! Also noted on the invoice that they had infact sold me P2 & not a K2 although the item was definately advertised as a K2. (They have now however amended the item discription!!)
Not a happy bunny so I called next day, explained the situation and cancelled the order. money was back in my account 5 days later.

Great service, I initially ordered the wrong size of valves and the staff that I spoke to over the telephone were excellent, changing the size to the ones I actually needed. The delivery came promptly on the stated day. Great product, great service, would definitely recommend xx

I am asked to give feedback on an item I'm still waiting to arrive. Disppointing!

I ordered the on 6th December and still nothing through. I had an email on 12th I was informed it was shipped and still nothing. I thought the time it took to dispatch was slow and to be asked for feedback (16th) when I haven't even received my purchase was disappointing to say the least. Please can you chase up, unfortunately I've not been very impressed at all. Hopefully when it arrives the product will be fine.

Absolutely disgusted with the service!

Ordered 2 radiators to be delivered within 3-4 days... Paid £7 for delivery. After 4 days I contacted them to ask where my order was, to be told it would be with me on the 14th (day 8). Waited in all day until 6pm, no delivery. Tried to call, but they are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday. It's now Sunday. The radiators were ordered for a private job that my husband was doing, he's now at risk of losing the private job because of the delay in receiving the order. Nothing I can do until I can speak to someone on Monday to complain about my order, or lack of order..

Good range of products, but delivery is slow

As above, product was not very well packaged and took longer than is reasonable to arrive. Difficult to justify paying a delivery charge when it is as slow as this

Don't keep things in stock even though their website states them as being in stock!

Ordered a towel radiator as their website stated it was in stock. After a couple of days I still hadn't heard anything, so gave them a call. I was told that the towel radiator I had ordered actually wasn't in stock and that it was special order only and I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks! Absolutely ridiculous! They gave me a refund, but why say something is in stock when it clearly isn't? I would never buy from them again and would advise others to give them a wide berth!

Not good

Ordered goods that were stated as in stock on the site. Money taken from my C Card. Goods could not be supplied until next year so I cancelled the order. I am STILL waiting for my money to be refunded. Have informed the CC company.

Do not buy from this company without checking the item is "in stock"

Super supplier!

A good website, competitive prices with delivery charges included, good telephone response to questions and prompt delivery all add up to a great web supplier. I will certainly deal with them again.

waited eight days for delivery from what I would class as down the country which originally I didn't mind to much it was a radiator after all however when I looked at the invoice it must have been contracted out and I received a radiator from a company which was half a mile away from my house I could have saved the postage charge and picked it up myself but the fact it took eight days when so close to my house is unforgivable. poor.

Simply the Best

I had made a mistake with the delivery date, and got it wrong by a week too early . When my wife rang to confirm the delivery date she was advised that it wasn't due for another week but was offered a date and time convienient for all concerned. This was very much appreciated as it meant we could deal with two issues on the same day and not having 2 take more time off work despite my error

I needed a radiator and some valves due to the cold weather, I checked the prices on Theplumbstore and found great pricing,I placed my order online and was given a firm delivery date, its all very simple and worked well for me!

Bought an item from plumbstore only for them to ring me and ask 4 days later an ask for an extra £36 for postage, as I wouldn't pay any more fees they asked me to cancel my item with a full refund total piss take (don't bother with plumbstore).

Ordered a radiator on line to replace like for like, delivered a couple of days later free of charge and perfect fit. Paid half the cost at plumbstore than if we had collected the same from a well known local plumbing centre!

Easy to find what you need on the website. Competitive pricing and delivery bang on time. I also needed radiator to be delivered at a specific time and the girls in the delivery dept could not do enough to help....first class

"Available-ready for rapid dispatch" apparently means 18 days delivery

After several phone calls it appears that it will take 16 days to deliver my order when it still says available ready for rapid despatch.
Asked for a refund.
Probably very good but phone before ordering to check delivery times.
