Good after sale service easy to use website

This is a reliable company apart from the stock as I ordered Dorian Yates black bombs the website stated in stock but they were out of stock so I was refunded my postage and was promised some free samples for my troubles as my delivery was a week late but never received any free samples

Prompt, efficient, no nonsense

Every time I order through these guys, I receive my items, 90% of the time next day 10% of the time, the day after. The prices listed are reasonable. Only once did they not have an item in stock that I ordered but were quick to inform me and they offered an alternative. Prompt, efficient - I would recommend this company to anyone reading this!

How to look after your customers.

After I placed my order I was contacted by email because the cost of posting to where I live was going to be excessive. They suggested an alternative way of completing my order which got me what I wanted and saved on the excessive postage costs.
It is rare to do business with a company that goes out of their way to reduce costs to their customers. It is much appreciated

The service was great. I placed my order on the Thursday and it arrived on the Friday. I received text updates informing me when the delivery was due to arrive. These also gave me the option to change the delivery date. Great service.

RUBISH: paid for next day delivery and item still hasn't come

I ordered animal cuts on monday and it is now sunday and the item hasnt arrived yet. I paid for next day delivery and expect next day delivery. I did email them and they did get back to me fairly quick but apart from this i believe they need to change the delivery date. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

Its early days using The Protein Warehouse but so far so good. I needed a good at a reasonable price but importantly I needed it fast, the next day delivery price was what attracted me. Will definitely consider these guys next time.

Slightly disappointed with delivery

I ordered before 9am and also paid £2.99 for next day delivery.
Instead it came the day after not the next day.

Next day delivery SHOULD BE next day!

The only thing that made me give two stars is that I ordered next day delivery and it didnt come the next day but i had to wait a whole five days. Also they did not contact me to inform me that the flavour i ordered was out of stock but i had to email them and then they told me whats occured. Other then that it was pretty good the package did arrive finally and i even got a protein bar for free :) and both items i ordered where intact and in perfect condition.

Out of date.

My order came...Late, and to top it all off the stuff was out of date.
Terrible.

customer was advised of best before date issue (missing on tub, rubbed off?) on phone. later advised he could return for full refund if he so wished! in addition item was not out of date as our records showed best before date of 11/2013.

Ok, could try harder.

A little disappointed that my order was incomplete due to items being out of stock. Perhaps an alternative could have Benin offered or an email to see if I wanted to wait for stock to arrive. Instead all I got was "sorry, out of stock" on my invoice.
If there had been better communication I could have shopped elsewhere for the missing item.

5 days? Looking at the order details it seems that you placed your order after midnight on Tuesday. Thus your order was despatched on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Having got in touch with the delivery company they advise me that they did attempt delivery on Thursday but that no one was at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. They will now attempt delivery on Monday as you did not get in touch with us to re-arrange delivery. I really don't see where we have provided a poor service?

Great Products, Great Prices and Great service

I have been using The Protein Warehouse for about six months, the prices are always very competative and the range of products available is second to none.
The next day delivery service is great, as i always seem to get to the point where i have about run out before ordering my next batch.

I spent 40 minutes looking for the site that did the cheapest Gakic Hardcore I could find. This was it and it also had some other equally well priced sups I use so saved on P&P. Great coms and arrived well packaged the very next day. Will use again.
