these ramps are just the job for driving a motor mower up/down steps, but are strong enough to cope with quite heavy loads in other ways..

Ramping up a quality product - well pleased I brought this bike ramp against making one.

The problem of safely loading a trail bike onto a pickup carries quite a risk to me and the bike. My first idea was to make one but I soon dropped the idea then I saw this range of bike ramps. The bigger problem is getting the bike off, if it starts to go to one side on a wet day, then we are looking at an accident.
This ramp is 440mm wide and 2400mm long so giving me a safe width and a low rampup angle. The cross bars offer good grip and the hinge makes it easy to carry securely inside the pickup. The ramps main use is more likely to be as a barrow ramp etc.
Well designed product that will last for years and it really did arrive next day, well recommended.

We already had a ramp from The Ramp People but needed a smaller one. The website is easy to use, and online ordering was the same. Delivery was as stated the next working day. The quality of the product is really good, my husband's electric wheelchair weights 10 st on its own then obviously the weight of my husband needed to be added and the ramp copes with this easily. Amazing customer service

These guys sorted me out with a ramp and shipping to Australia.

Even though this meant changes like no VAT and adding shipping, and I went back and forward on email a few times to make sure I was getting an appropriate ramp, they we lighting fast on responses and quote etc.

Very Good Customer Service

Initially very helpful, then unfortunately had an issue once the ramp had been delivered - it wasn't quite long enough - but again, the Ramp People were very helpful.

I was spoken to at length, discussing different ideas how to rectify the problem and ensure that the replacement was the right fit.
They then organised a simple exchange with minimal fuss and the replacement has now arrived and is a perfect fit! - very good customer service.

The ramp was delivered one day after ordering- impressive ! The ramp itself is easy to assemble and put in place. The handle enables it to be moved by most people of our congregation and so will be used regularly to enable wheelchair users to access our refreshment facility from the main body of the church after our services. A solid ramp which should last us a long time and the price was very reasonable.

We needed to change a set of fairly steep steps into a ramp to get our motorbikes down to a newly built shed. Emailed our requirements (on a Saturday night) over and received a very quick answer (the same night) helping us decide exactly which ramp to purchase. Very good build quality, exactly as described and a delivery service to be envied by most!! The price was a little lower than some and much lower than others. Their delivery was quoted as much quicker than all the rest (without paying extra) and it arrived the next working day. The ramp meets our requirements very well.

Excellent service and great product

This is the first time I have bought anything from The Ramp People and unfortunately they provided the wrong post code to the delivery service; however when I noticed the error and contacted them by e-mail (on a Sunday) they contacted me the same day and made sure the delivery was made to the correct address.

Human error is inevitable in business but how these are put right is the difference between a bad business and a good one, well done the Ramp People!
