We searched all over for the perfect cityscape play rug. The artwork on the "Children's Play Village Rug Town Roads Mat" was truly the best available worldwide. In fact, that we paid a little extra to have it shipped all the way to USA. The customer service was outstanding, too. We'd definitely recommend The Rug House and would purchase from here again.

First class throughout.
Bought a shaggy rug to complement the burnt orange we were introducing in our living room and this rug does the business. The quality is more than we expected and our toes are getting lost in the shaggy pile as we relax after a hard day's work. From ordering to delivery there were no issues and delivery was only 2 business days after ordering. The wife can't stop smiling. Brownie points for me thanks to you.

The very rugs I had been looking for the Rug House had them they are perfect for our home
I have animals and a back to front bungalow, the 3 dogs and 3 cat's have to go onto the garden via my lounge. The carpets were always being cleaned, the mud in the wet weather and terriers digging in the borders muddy feet like dinner plates, not always being able to catch all 6 to wipe paws, The Rug House sell washerable large rugs all colours so you can find the colour you need, the cat was sick the puppy had an accident and all was cleaned very quickly and the rug is spotless.

I had been looking for a large rug for my living room fir a while. Most of the ones i looked at in stores were either too small,poor quality or not what i wanted. The rug i found from rug house was exactly what i had been looking for and a lot cheaper than others i had looked at. The lady on the phone was very polite and the service was exactly as stated. Delivery was as scheduled and the product was just what i expected and wanted. Very happy with both the service and the rug and would happily recommend to others.

Excellent rug, excellent price, excellent customer service. Have already recommended it.
The rug is beautiful ... the right color and thickness I'd hoped for and the price was very reasonable. I had asked for information on delivery fees to the Highlands and ended up not having to pay delivery fees. The order was sent out and I received it two days later. Everything was as promised and the customer service responded in a timely manner with kind and efficient service when I had a question. I've already recommended The Rug House to a number of people.

Nice rug for a good price
The Rug House had an extensive range of rugs so it was easy to find something that suited my needs. On this occasion I was after an inexpensive but durable rug with a decent pattern, to cover a hard wearing area of my living room. Although the rug was not expensive potage was free and, at my request, timed to arrive on a day when I was at home. Excellent customer service. Oh, and the rug is exactly what I wanted.

Quality product, speedy service and easy to use online purchase - fabulous!
I bought a fitted doormat from The Rug House - it was a good price and the website was easy to use so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I'm quite new to online buying so still wary about the quality of products if I can't see them before I buy. I didn't need to worry - the coir mat was great quality and arrived at my house 3 days after I made the purchase. I would use The Rug House again and I would recommend them to others.

Little boy enjoys his toys
I bought a play mat for my 2 year old grandson, he knew exactly what to do with his toy cars including the "zoom zoom" noises . Well made and nicely presented should keep him occupied for hours.

Excellent rugs
We bought three rugs, two long and one short, to put on our laminate floor, to stop our dog sliding all over it. We needed ones that were washable and had a latex backing.
We had previously bought similar rugs from The Rug House and wanted to replace them. That particular line was discontinued but the there was a new line of similar products, so we ordered the three rugs.
We had been very pleased with our previous purchase but were even more pleased with this purchase. The rugs are perfect, better than the previous ones. They don't slip at all and are slightly heavier than the previous ones which means they are easier to vacuum. They fit in the washing machine and were easily washed at 30C.
The service was very good - a confirmation email of the order and delivery was quick. Highly recommended

I was so impressed with the quality of the first rug that I decided that I would buy another one for another room . Service was amazing as well, no stupid 28 days wait, in fact the postman asked me if "this was going to be a regular thing now?" If you want to buy a rug, don't trudge around the shops looking and hoping you will find one in the colur or shape you want, just go to the Rug House web site. You will be amazed.
