Good Company, they do exactly what it says on the tin!
Ordered a extra large rug on a Friday, paid for a next day delivery, but I did not notice a Saturday delivery had to be ordered by a Thursday, contacted the rug house and they refunded my next day delivery charge of £12.00 straight away and I received the rug the following Wednesday. Lovely rug, all in all a very good service.

Outstanding product quality, fast & efficient service
Recently purchased 2 rugs & a bath set from the Rug House website. Was a bit skeptical about buying huge things online but I went ahead anywhere. Immediately after completing my order, they sent me an email to confirm my purchase. The next day I received another one telling me my order had left their depot & it was on its way to me & was given a tracking number. The service was outstanding & the constant information calmed my fears. The rugs surpassed my expectations. They are so soft & now we watch TV sitting not on the sofa but on the rug!! The picture on the website perfectly matched the product. Well done Rug House!!! Will definitely recommend u.

Exceptional service, great price, great product!
I ordered my rug on Sunday and even though it said 24 hr delivery I did not believe it would be that quick to Ireland. I got email on Monday morning for contact number which I replied to that afternoon and the rug arrived Tuesday morning. The rug is great - just what I wanted BUT at a price a fraction of what I could get elsewhere. Will definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to others.

Fabulous darling!
I bought this green ribbon rug to go under the table in my open plan kitchen dinner and it looks fab. I took a picture to show how good it looks in a modern setting but unfortunately there is no opportunity to show you on this review site which is a shame. I am now thinking of getting a cream one for the lounge esp as u get a 10% discount on a second rug.The quality is very good and it is easy to look after. I think the price is very reasonable too. It came well protected with extra padding at the edges of the rug to ensure it arrived undamaged.

Good first-time purchasing experience
Shopped around online for a rug retailer and came across The Rug House as they were highly visible in Search rankings. Huge selection of rugs, all organised into categories for easy shopping. Good pictures and descriptions, which helped my purchase decision even though I was overall unsure about the wisdom of purchasing a rug online as we were going for quite a large one for the living room. Normally I would have liked to touch/feel/see a purchase like this in store but despite browsing the usual high-street stores online, I didn't find anything close enough to what I was looking for. Pricing on Rug House is great too, and they do many more synthetic options than the high street stores, which I preferred as wool irritates my nose.
Contacted customer service to ask for some guidance prior to purchasing, and received prompt responses. Rug dispatched reasonably quick after purchase and delivered in good shape. Happy with the item and would buy again if I ever needed another rug!

quick service & pleased with products
Initially bought 1 rug for front door, sand/ black, which looks good. Bought to replace a smaller one which was looking a bit worn.
Then bought 2nd rug, different colour, which looks great in our new kitchen/ diner space. Really like the grey/ black colour, very easy on the eye, it just goes.
Bought a black rubber mat for outdoors looks sturdy and of good quality.

Disappointing
I ordered rubber matting for 24 hour delivery. The delivery time was the only reason I used this website. And it came 3-4 days later. If I'd have been at home when the delivery I arrived, I would have sent it back. I needed the matting for an event, and they failed to deliver. Massively disappointing. And when I tried to call them late Friday afternoon before they closed, to ask where my delivery was, no-one picked up the phone. I'll wait to see if they contact me to apologise / offer a retrospective discount as a results. I won't hold my breath.

Hall Runner keeps competitors on their toes!
We have excellent oak floors throughout the house but hall traffic especially during the winter can take it's toll on the finish of the solid wooden floor.
Been looking for a hall runner at a suitable length for absolutely ages.
My daughter had purchased from The Rug House and lo and behold they not only had lots of choice but CUT TO LENGTH.
Very fast FREE delivery with the carpet being very reasonably priced. They come highly recommended.

Excellent Shaggy Rug
Ordered a small rug for my granddaughter's bedroom - purple shaggy rug. Ordered online and received within 48 hours. I did expect it to be a bit flimsy in it shagginess but what a surprise when I opened the parcel. The rug is heavily shaggy and the colour beautiful. Whipped all around the edges. Superb value for money. Would recommend this site to friends and family and would definitely order from the again should I need another rug. Thank you.
