I didn`t receive the rug though I left a message that I can pick it up only on Friday. When I called your office, Natalie answered my phone and she promised she would call the delivery co and call me back. She called me back and apologised for delay and she lefty a note at the delivery co when I am available to pick up the rug and if it is possible to delivery it on Saturday. Finally, on Saturday I received the rug, so thanks for NATALIE!!!!
