Excellent, competent, friendly service at a good price.
I'm thrilled with the rug and service I received from the Rug House. I wanted an unusual size which proved impossible to purchase so I wrote and asked them if they could cut a larger rug down to my size for me. They were prompt to reply and quite happily complied with my request…. hence I just opened the fast delivered rug and laid in in my utility room… job done! I did shape it around the doorway so it's an exact fit and so far my two huge dogs leave the mud from their paws on this wonderful rug and not on my white floors. An excellent Company who did exactly what I asked, my rug looks great and does what they said it would. They will be my first port of call in future.

Great value and exactly what I expected
This is the second time I've used The Rug House after the first rugs I bought turned out so well. I don't think you can beat the value for money. It's difficult to shop online for this type of thing but the rug I picked this time was exactly the colours shown in the picture and matched perfectly. Fast delivery as always and it's great to find a company that doesn't suddenly hike on an extra high delivery charge for Northern Ireland. I reckon I'll be buying again when I get round to decorating the next room!

Lovely carpet but no notification of delivery
We were very pleased with the rug we purchased from The Rug House who
promised to notify us, by email, when the rug would be delivered but no email
came! We were out one day and the rug had been delivered that day
consequently the rug had to be delivered another day. A bit disappointing because
otherwise everything was fine.

Great stuff
Rugs were of high quality, exactly as described on the internet and arrived very quickly. Great service. I was very impressed with the service and ordered more rugs as well.

Brilliant product brilliant service
I originally purchased an item from this company via Amazon and was so impressed with the product and service I ordered more items directly from their website.
Again the product is lovely and the service was great, I have never had items delivered so quickly from an internet purchase. Would definitely use this company again.

Great Rugs - Superb Service
This is the fourth time I have ordered rugs online from this company and each time the item has been perfect, really great quality. Free delivery within a couple of days of ordering and a discount offered off my next purchase all add up to make this one of the best companies I have dealt with in these days of unreliable service and shoddy goods.

Fantastic Rug, Quick Delivery and Very good communication
They whole process of buying the rug was very easy and it was delivered ver quickly in matter of two days. i emailed them for an update with the delivery they replied very quickly with the information the same day. I would have given them a 5 stars but i took one off because the rug was not as bright as i expected but its still beautiful and looks lush in my lounge

Best service ever
I emailed the rug house on a Monday and got a response straight away,I was looking for a living room rug with blue in it,a girl called roisin working there rang me and told me she could email on photos of rugs which she did,all the rugs were gorgeous and so cheap too,I did find the rug I'd been looking for and within two days after ordering I had it at my door,the rug house have gray service,excellent sales staff and very fast delivery

Just need more colours available in the otherwise beautiful rainbow.
I have always received very fast efficient service from The Rug House. To date we must have bought a couple of hundred of barrier mats. If there is any criticism it would be that they don't always have the colour we want, fortunately, for our use, this isn't too important. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them to potential new customers.

2 rugs for the price of 1
my daughter has just moved into a new house and decorated her dinning room in plum and cream, we struggled to find a rug ,A) that was the right colour and B) the right size, as her room is an odd shape, It was just by chance I came across the Rug House, and was delighted with the choice and the price, I was able to order an extra large rug and a matching runner, that was bright and modern, I paid less for the 2 rugs than I was expecting. The site was easy to order from, another bonus is free delivery, rugs arrived when they said they would and we were very pleaded with the colour and the quality, and to make it better there was a 10% discount voucher to use with further orders , which I will definitely place. Wifes happy!
What was ordered was fould not to be in stock. I was contacted and offered acceptable alternative and refunded accordingly without hassle or haggling and delivery was even quicker.

Couldn't be more pleased
I purchased this item after seeing it on the internet, however, I live in the U.S. and was unable to purchase it locally. I contacted The Rug House via email and inquired about the possibility of having it shipped to me. I was able to purchase an area rug and a hallway runner and have it shipped from the U.K. to the United States all for under $400 total and also received it within 7 days of my purchase.
It looks fantastic with our new hardwood floors and the quality is that of much more expensive rugs that I could have purchased locally.
I couldn't be more please with my decision! The Rug House delivered exactly what they sold me!

Excellent service and value
I had been looking for a rug for ages but couldn't find the colour or size I was looking for. I tried various big stores and had no luck. I read the previous reviews which were really good but was still a bit dubious as the prices were so low but thought I'd give it a try. I ordered 2 Stockholm rugs and I was pleasantly surprised by quality of the rugs and speed of service. Would definitely use them again.

Rughouse has it totally covered
I'd recommend RugHouse. The choice was huge and the website provided good up close photos of the products so that you could make a fairly confident choice.
Prices were competitive. I chose the free standard delivery and it arrived within 3 working days.
I didn't need to send anything back so cannot comment on what the service is like if you need to do returns.
I ordered round rugs which I found quite hard to find on other websites.

Result!
Having received a black/grey rug as a present to place in my newly refurbished bathroom I was really disappointed when after only 10 days the hem began to unravel.
I communicated my concerns to Elaine and Roisin at the Rug House who listened to my problem and looked at my photographs, finally deciding that a replacement rug would be sent to me.
I am pleased to report that the new rug looks super and completes the modern look of my bathroom.
The caring staff have ensured that I was happy with my purchase and I have since bought a matching pedestal mat.

A ruggy good service!
The sales assistant on the phone was friendly and didn't rush the order. All details were taken and I was thanked for using The Rug House. My rug arrived two days later, packaged well. Very pleased with the product, identical to its description and good quality. It's nice to be able to purchase a patterned washable rug instead of the boring black or grey ones you see everywhere. I will definitely use this company again. They are based in Northern Ireland and there goods got to me in Lincoln quicker than what some mainland England companies take.
I look forward to stepping in and out the door.

Great value
Great value and speedy delivery. Was great being able to track it as knew exactly when to be in! The only thing I would say is that the pics on the site of the carpet I chose were a LOT more vibrant than the rug I received. I was expecting a very limey lime and much richer chocolate shade. The reality is a much more milder version of the website pic. I love it regardless but I did open it up and think '..oh...'. Great quality ...the cat is trying hard to wreck it but failing! :-)
