Can't go wrong with this company!
I ordered a zebra print rug for my daughters bedroom really pleased with the quality, price and speedy delivery so I also ordered another rug for my mother I have just received it and I am really pleased with it thankyou.

Fantastic rug, delivery on time
Its always difficult buying a rug online when you never know what it will turn out like and what the quality will be. But this rug was great, really cosy and thick threads gives it that added thickness. It will need a strip of anti slip underneath to stop it from slipping. The delivery was speedy. Happy customer

Easy, fast and efficient.
Goods initially ordered via Amazon, and these arrived quickly and without problems. We placed a second order direct with Rug House and this was equally seamless.

Rugs Supreme, an excellent service.
I ordered a shag pile rug from the Rug Company for my new conservatory.. I have never ordered any rug or carpet previously from the internet, always having preferred to view the products I liked in-store and arranging delivery through the store.
However, at the present time I am very busy with a house move, so took the plunge and ordered from The Rug House. The very large rug was delivered within two days of ordering, very well packed and absolutely perfect for my requirements, so I would be very happy to order from the Rug House again in the future.

Excellent service and product!
I purchased a hot pink rug for my bedroom on this site on a friday afternoon and received an email to say it had been dispatched on the very same day! It was very handy that the site stocked a variety of different sizes of this same rug as I was able to purchase the perfect size for my bedroom floor space. I received the rug on the monday by an independent delivery service, which was free of charge; an added bonus! The delivery man was very friendly and polite. The rug is the perfect colour, and very soft! I have no complaints at all and cannot fault the product or the service! I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for excellent products and services without any hassle!

Fabulous Rug.
I am absolutely delighted with this rug. I have just had a wooden floor laid in the lounge and this rug was the perfect colour, size and an excellent price. There is absolutely no shedding and it is so soft underfoot because of the thick pile. I am so pleased to have found this company because ordering was so easy, delivery was fast and the price unbeatable. Would not hesitate to order again and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

great shaggy rugs
i was really pleased with these rugs the colours are brilliant the lime green looks great and really brightens up the room and the two red ones go great by the bed in the newly decorated bedroom really soft and great feel under foot when you get out of bed i couldn't be more pleased with these rugs they arrived really fast once the order was placed within 3 days and that was to france! where i live, would def. recommend this company to other friends and family great value and top rate rugs.

Most professional company , good value for money

outstanding service levels - great 'value for money'
These guys know how to treat a customer - even if you have a problem (like in my case) I ordered the wrong color for a ‘cut to size' washable mat for my front lobby. Even though it was unlikely the returned item could be used again - they replaced it anyway - what more could you ask for? - Well I can also give them a 10/10 for speed of delivery - 3 separate deliveries has arrived from their depot in Ireland to the Midlands’ within 2 working days - great

Wonderful: Amazing
I ordered this rug on line at a company called The Rug House. I like their site on line as it was straight forward to use. I placed an order for my rug, but in the process, I made a mistake when paying for the rug as I paid twice. My first payment was Not Accepted as I had forgotten my paypal password. So I decided to use my debit card which went through without any problems. The following day when I checked my email, I noticed that the payment had been taken twice, and I immediately contacted the seller by email.
I notified the seller about the mistake, and he responded to me immediately assuring me that he was going to reverse the other charge. This was wonderful and I got my refund back into my account.
Throughout the process, I was being notified of the shipment of my rug and when It was due to be delivered. It didnt take long and I received my rug.
I liked the rug as it was "what I saw online" the only advise to the seller is that, maybe they should consider to put underfelt on the rugs as they are too thin.
This was an excellent service overall. 8/10

Excellent service and fantastic quality!!!
Ordered my rug on Monday and received on Thursday, very happy with service and of course the free delivery.
The rug is excellent and I am very happy with it, so much so that I fully intend on ordering a rug for my sitting room very soon and will be using The Rug House again and then I can use the 10% off discount I have been given which I was very happy with

Quite Good,but despatch pricey.
The original order was delayed because E Bay rejected it; hence I thought the Rug House didn't accept international orders, which is quite common for the UK. I asked why, and was politely told that the Rug House woulkd accept my order, which was quite efficiently taken and despatched. The goods arrived in excellent condition and were of acceptable quality. The only problem is that despatc/carrier costs were too pricey for the type of goods purchased; even though I acknowledge I knew the cost before purchase.
Would I recommend the Rug House?? The answer MUST be YES; as long as transport costs are not a deterrent.

Very good phone service, poor email and delivery experience that didn't match expection
The initlal website experience was good. However I selected 24 hour delivery option, expecting the rug to be delivered within 24 hours and this was not the case. It was despatched within 36 hours, but I didn't receive an email notifiying me of the despatch or the tracking number. I had to call to find this out. I also had to call again when the rug was not delivered to the timescale I was told on the first call...or at least it seemed that way. However, it had been delivered to my neighbour, but no card had been left to let us know. The product was as described and wrapped well. So great customer service on the phone, but poor website description of express delivery, email correspondence and final delivery details.

Super shaggy!
I bought a rug from a retail chain and it was poor quality so I returned it. I bought a black shaggy rug from The Rug House hoping for a better result. The rug is lovely and thick. I liked it so much that I both the same one for my bedroom. Great quality, price and service.

Excellent customer service, and beautiful rug swiftly delivered. Very happy.
I ordered the rug and it arrived very quickly and in good condition. However unfortunately it was not the rug I had ordered. I telephoned and the issue was rectified immediately and with a professional attitude. The second rug arrived the following day and the first collected that same day. Even with the mix up it took 3 days from placing the order on line and receiving my rug.
I would definitely recommend this company and will order from them again in the future.
