I didn't 'tell you off for complaining' - in fact I spent an hour writing a comprehensive email, firstly apologising about 6 times, and then describing, in detail, the problem that was related to one particular type of pack that was not withstanding the journey from the UK to Sweden. Your response was "Thanks for that". It's a very specific, one-off problem that we have not encountered before and I explained the steps I had taken and we will take in the future to address it. You don't seem to understand that sending products containing liquids in semi-fragile packs on long courier journeys through Europe is not a problem-free process, there will always be a chance of damage. I'm sure you've found some great companies in Spain and I wish you the best of luck with them, but I imagine that even with the best packaging (and ours is good, I stand by that, we've a system that works 99% of the time) you are likely to have issues from time to time. We've always given you good customer service - responding immediately to your issues, sending replacements at very high cost and in the last case, spending a lot of time talking to the manufacturer and offering in depth explanation and apology. It's a shame this has not been good enough for you. I feel the last comment about the quality of our food was made in spite, but we can let others be the judge of that.
