Super speedy, extra tasty
My husband has been regaling me for years with the story of ‘the ham’, so I thought it was about time I found out for myself what all the fuss was about. The story, in its simple terms, involved a childhood holiday to Spain and a rather large ham that travelled in the back of the car with them all the way home to sunny Cheadle. It was hung in the only room in the house where the cat couldn’t reach it and it soon became the most popular room in the house. Needless to say, the ham didn’t last long and I have been told for years how lovely it was, and that it is so much nicer ‘when you have carved it straight from the bone.’ So, for my husband’s birthday this year (knowing that it had a lot to live up to), I bought him the Gran Reserva Serrano: Being priced at under £80, I was not sure it would...
Well, it did. My husband was delighted with his birthday present and the ham is delicious, as is the Chorizo that I bought at the same time.
From the initial click on the website page to my order being delivered, everything has been great. The website is easy to navigate, the payment screen is quick and easy and the delivery charge is extremely reasonable. It arrived the day after ordering, and I had to wait an agonising five days before I got to taste it! It was well worth the wait, and I will certainly be ordering from the Tapas Lunch Company again soon. Possibly very soon if the dent we have already made in the ham is anything to go by...

Found them searching for Padron peppers to which I have a sad addiction. Ocado used to sell them but no longer.

perfect for tapas
I was doing a spanish themed come dine with me party with 10 friends and made prawn pil pil to start. The size i got were perfect to fit 3 prawns in but anything more you would need a bigger size. Delievered the day after i ordered them so was perfect as my dinner was the following day. Would recommend anyway to use this website and the products

great products but expensive postage is off putting for the future
I think if you, like me, live in the UK, enjoy Spanish cooking and want to use the best products then it is essential to have a service like this as most shops are poor in their range of products. The deliveries are fast and well packaged and they company obviously care about their customers.
I find the postage hefty though for what I purchase (50% of the cost of the items in my last order) and would suggest perhaps a member scheme or discount system for regular purchases.

The Spanish products arrived really well packaged and very quickly. I am making up a hamper of Spanish goods for a raffle at a Spanish themed fundraiser, so was looking for reasonably priced items. I found them here! There was a great choice of products and the hamper is looking fab!

The taste of Spain delivered home!
As a Spaniard living in the UK for over 16 years I have missed many food product for years, after my first order with The tapas lunch company I am happy to say that I will no longer miss my Spanish food. With its brilliant delivery service "next working day", product selection and quality of products makes it my choice from now on. I know there a lot of Spanish food products in UK Supermarket chains but the quality at The tapas lunch company is definitely a step above at a price similar of what you would find in Spain.

Very impressed with quality of products

cheaper than el corte ingles
i am a new customer and was delighted with the speed of my order, placed at 10.30 am and recieved at 12.30 pm next day, at all times i was kept in touch with the progress, even with the delivery charge the goods are cheaper than el cortes ingles, excellent choice of quality goods. im a big fan of the bottled veg so easy to store and use and where else in england are you able to buy chuffi? if i have one quibble then it would be the enthusiastic packaging, mind i see thats its prevellant with most online shopping,

I found this company on the web as we had been having problems finding paella rice in the major supermarkets
the site is so easy to use and has everything you could want for authentic spanish dishes from tableware to spices i ordered at 1.40pm on the thursday afternoon and it was delivered before noon next day that is quality service this day and age i most definately will be shopping with them again thankyou so much to the Tapas Lunch Company

Excellent delivery times!
The order was placed at 4pm in the afternoon, it arrived the next day! Amazing! Howevere, the courier they used completely wrecked our gate when he tried to get in and the catch was across instead of shouting or beeping his horn, he just shouldered the gate and broke he catch and the pipe in he ground that holds he bolt in place. I have told The Tapas Lunch Company, they were most apologetic, and have promised to complain to the courier company for us.

The pricing is far better than on other import sites, usually the prices I find are far more inflated than should be however with the tapaslunchcompany it is not so bad. Orders always received swiftly and lovely scrummy products! I would like to see more drinks available and also alcoholic drinks would be good to see.

It was great to find this site and see all the different food available - especially with such speedy delivery! It was a great pick-me-up present to send to my Mum when she was down - we haven't tasted cola-cao in years! Seriously recommended (but please open a branch in Australia so that I can have some too!)
