The above sentence says it all. My only criticism is that considering the amount we spend, I do think that shipping should be included.

Excellent as always
It's always worth putting in a biggish order to make sure you get best value from the basic postage fee, but blimey, they get you your stuff quick smart. Order early enough and you'll get you goods the next day (except for Fridays though...).
The other thing to mention is the prices of goods are very competitive, shop around and you'll see. I always end up coming back to the tapas lunch company!

Back to nostalgia
Bought some salted sunflower seeds from this company having found them on the internet. Eating them was just like being back from Ibiza where I usually bring back lots and lots of packets 'cause I didn't know I could buy these traditional ones here.
You cannot get the TRUE baked-on salted seeds in the shops here in the UK, probably something to do with the salt intake.
However, The Tapas Lunch Company import and sell these and I shall be buying more from them in the future - not mention having more room in the suitcase now !!

Yes, very happy with this
I found this company on the internet, and am very pleased with the service which was prompt and efficient. I have tried a variety of quality Spanish hams in the past, and remain a bit confused over the relative merits of each type. I would pay more for better if it was available, but thus said, was delighted with the quality of ham that I received.

Nice food, shame about the delivery company.
Food was very good and well packed exactly what I expected. Only problem was with DPD - the delivery company, who for some bizarre reason didn't knock on my door or ring my doorbell and just left a card, so despite swift dispatch, I still got it a day later. Definitely would've had five stars if it wasn't for DPD.

Really pleased with the speed of delivery. Packet arrived intact and well protected. Havent got around to using it yet. Family over for lunch next week so it will be put to the test.

Supersonic service

Everything was just perfect !
I used the Tapas Lunch company once before a couple of years ago and was as pleased with their efficient service then as I was this time. They really know how to 'do' online customer service. They keep you informed at every step and I couldn't believe how quickly the order arrived. So many companies seem to think the job is finished when they hand over to delivery firms and it can be frustrating to be left high and dry and being told ' well they said it would be Monday ' Well done TTLC. You do take care of the TLC !!!

Fantastic products some of which can be difficult to source locally
Fantastic food. I gave a dinner party with a Spanish theme for 15 family & friends; they were all very complimentary about the food, which would not of been possible without the excellent products provided by The Tapas Lunch Company. I particularly enjoyed the Padron peppers & the Turron de Jijona (I made a soft Turron ice cream).

It appears that the customer is NOT always right
I was so excited about ordering from this company after reading all the reviews and seeing the variety of products on the site, some of which I really miss since moving abroad. However, I've been really put off by the problems experienced with delivery and the fact that some of my messages were not answered or not in the politest of ways (how difficult is it to say "I am so sorry for your delay, let me look into it, we'll throw in a tin of mussels in your next delivery").
Still trying to decide if I miss mussels enough to order again at my peril.

Great service for a significant gap in the market but service not as it first seems...
I initially was attracted to this site after seeing my mothers favourite tarta de Santiago on offer. However, it was only after purchasing that I realised the discount had not been applied to the item, nor did the item which arrived resemble the picture online, and was actually a different make altogether, though still tasty.
However, the rest of the service was flawless, the delivery quick and considerate and the company kept you in the loop throughout the order process

I have used The Tapas Lunch Company twice now and both times I received my goods the following day beautifully packed. Their prices are very competitive and they have a great selection of REAL Spanish produce. I love how they introduce new things and send you an e-mail to let you know. I highly recommend them!

Great quality and brilliant service.
I've used the Tapas Lunch Company several times now and they never disappoint, this time I bought some drinking chocolate as well as my normal jamon order, they can well wrapped and were very quick with th delivery. I am so please with the quality of there products I am increasing my next.
I would highly recommend them to anyone and those who know me know how fussy I am.

Great communication regarding receipt of order and delivery information
I ordered on the 03rd Apr recieved items on the 04th April. I have already tried the Paella Seasoning sachet it is excellent saving me lots of preparation time also saves having to cook spices at different times, just add the sachet when directed.

Quality Spanish speciality produce delivered to your door - excellent
I was primarily after some cooking Chorizo as I'd run out and usually had to buy it in London as nothing suitable available locally out in the sticks of Oxfordshire. Having turned up this site I took a punt and am pleased that the Chorizo are pretty good and was able to buy some smoked paprika that now seems unavailable locally. Also, thank goodness a proper courier like Interlink was used and not a Mickey Mouse one like Hermes.

I have tried several Spanish food websites as purchasing Morcilla seems almost impossible unless done on line. I do like to be informed and the delivery could not be better, online (easy to access ) to tracking and an hour delivery slot with options to change to a different day or leave with a neighbour by text the same day as delivery.
Will defiantly be using again.
