The Tile Source is excellent
I needed to order cleaning products for an unglazed terracotta floor. The website was well laid out so I was able to find exactly what I needed and placed my order.
The products arrived in an extremely timely manner, well packed and in good order. I will use The Tile Source again.

Miraculous 3 day speedy delivery to us, even in France!!

SPOT ON SERVICE.
The tile edging arrived quickly and it was packaged really well and the edging was in perfect condition. The packaging was that good I have used the tube to store pipe inside. I looked all over for this make of edging and found it the cheapest including delivery through The Tile Source. It is all fitted now and looks great.

Good delivery service for sample
Unfortunately the sample didn't match existing tiles.
Disappointed that it cost over £8, inc £5 for delivery! :(

Quick and well packaged, excellent service.
Ordered a sample floor tile which was dispatched very quickly. It was very well packaged and arrived the day the delivery service said it would.

Exceptionally quick delivery time
I was in a hurry to receive grout and adhesive for an urgent project and was advised to order before 2pm for next day delivery. I orderd online and they delivered the very next day.
Also the range of products available impressed me.

Extremely efficient
I ordered a sample from Tile Source and was very impressed when it arrived in less than 2 days. The sample was just what I wanted and significantly cheaper than the original source I had found. When I phoned to ask about making a full order they couldn't have been more helpful.

Great Service, Broken Tiles
To be fair to them I only ordered samples so they were bubble wrapped and at the mercy of some City Link Neanderthal.
All parts of the service sodas have been great. Prompt, quick and without complaint, except that the tiles turned up covered in chips. Better packing required chaps.

Easily accessible if you have a question. Orders dispatched quickly and notified to me accordingly. Very helpful when I was waiting delivery (explained the details of the Royal Mail's 1st class delivery system (ie you have to allow 5 working days!).

Blisteringly fast efficient service

Reliable company, great choice of tiles but expensive delivery costs
We were really happy with the choice of tiles and tiling products, the online and phone support was helpful and we found exactly what we were looking for, at very competitive prices. However, delivery costs for tiles were much higher than competitors, so we won't be using this company for most of our future, low volume purchases.
